This company is a scam

This company is a scam! I had to cancel my flight due to illness. I told wizz air and they filled a claim with chubb insurance as I had insurance with them. They did not send me any email so I didn't had there contact details. They contacted me after 6 months, asking for proof of illness. I had a diarrhoea from a food poison so I bought some meds from a pharmacy. I didn't thought of taking pictures of those. How can I show proof after 6 months. They didn't paid me nothing! Pure scam company. Whats the point of having a insurance! Wizz air is another shittt airlines!
