Only one slight disappointment is that the price displayed in my local currency differs from the amount charged by the credit card company.

The only improvement area was that when I experienced a delay in my local shipping, I had to contact FedEx myself to learn that there was a local VAT I had to pay, and believe there's an opportunity to even more tightly integrate the FedEx system, the tracking system that Chrono24 uses, and Chrono24's own app. Nonetheless, I am really grateful for the experience, thank you!

The watch condition came as described, wonderful. Just that the seller took a while before shipping. Perhaps seller could inform what is happening at their end would be better at managing the delivery expectations.

Definitely a great range of selection of watches from all over the world. However you do need to do your research also and read all the terms and conditions to make sure you are comfortable with the purchase terms and even the buyer protection which has a lot of T&Cs.

My first buy in chrono and extremely grateful to seller for expedite delivery plus change of parts due to scratches which was not mentioned . The integrity of this seller and service is highly recommended . Will buy again
