Title: Chrono24 & East Coast Jewelry ($8,700 Nightmare): 4 Months, $0 Accountability, Zero Watch.
When you spend $8,700 on a high-end timepiece like a Roger Dubuis Easy Diver (Order # TC-11684769), you expect standard luxury service and basic customer protection. Instead, Chrono24 and their professional dealer, East Coast Jewelry (ECJ), have turned a luxury purchase into a four-month nightmare.
I previously bought a Roger Dubuis in Dallas that ran like a tank, which is why I introduced my friend to the brand and guided her to purchase this $8,700 timepiece for me via Chrono24. Within months, the watch stopped working entirely.
We followed standard procedure and returned the watch via FedEx Express (Tracking # 381028316311) on May 4th. Since then? Endless stalling:
June 22: Chrono24/ECJ claimed the watch was "sent to Roger Dubuis" and asked us to wait for an estimate.
August 2: We reached out for an update after over 4 weeks of silence.
Present: We are approaching the 4th month of continuous excuses, silence, and zero resolution.
My watch has spent more time sitting in the hands of Chrono24 and East Coast Jewelry than it has on my wrist. It is completely unacceptable that high-value customers spending thousands of dollars are subjected to this level of customer support.
To Chrono24: Your buyer protection platforms are judged by how you handle disputes when things go wrong, not when taking our money. The internet doesn't forget, and all communications, tracking receipts, and order confirmations are fully documented.
I demand an immediate resolution, a firm timeline, or a full refund.

THE SELLER IS VERY RELIABLE I GIVE HIM FIVE STARS. BUT THE DELIVERY WAS HORRIBLE. THE DELIVERY MEN GAVE MY WATCH A STRANGER IN MY STREET. THE STRANGER WAS WALKING WITH MY WATCH AND WAS LOOKING FOR THE OWNER OF THE PACKAGE. IN THE END IT WAS BLIND LUCK I RECEIVED THE WATCH.

I've bought three nice watches on Chrono24 and they've all been good experiences. Plenty of communication from Chrono24 and the watch sellers. I highly recommend this site for buying a watch.

Very positive experience. The watch was as per the photos and the delivery very fast.

Beautiful watch, but shipped through DHL. They charge around 50 $ to clear the item from customs and I had to pay around 30 $ of tariffs. In the end, from 250, I ended up paying 330. For that money, I could have just buy it local in USA. Chrono24 need to improve shipping so we don't fall on companies like DHL. They're maling 3 times more with custom clearance than shipping. Find a shipping company that dont charge these and you will be a viable mktplace to purchase.

Other than that, orient kamasu JDM with japanese week days, very cool. Beautiful finish, excelent size, amazing dial with gradient green, dark in the shadow, shiny in the sun.
