Customer service doesn’t work and left me without any product after ordering. They restarted the company under a different management to avoid sending my product I ordered. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!

The onlineshop works really good, but the aftersales customer service it's really impressive and flawless. I had a Dainese leather jacket for repair in warranty and I was surprised by the outstanding service they have.

Ordered Revit Parabolica on Thursday afternoon, arrived Friday morning to Edinburgh. As described.

I bought an extension for my jacket, It was not suitable for my jacket
I returned and paid the cost of return by myself
The good condition was not bad but support was not fine

Very poor customer service, bought Alpinestars Tech 7 crossboots, changing gears with those boots on my motorcycle was very hard, even when i adjusted my gearlever, i know that boots have to wear in but it was not doable with those.
Decided to exchange those boots for adventure boots in stead of cross boots (more flexible but less protection)
That was a NO GO at Chromeburner, reason the boots where used.. unbelievable drove them for 500 meters, and they noticed that they where used.
They didn't come up with a solution to solve this problem, so for me i will never buy at chromeburner again.
Better buy at your local store from people who think along for solutions, even if they are a little bit more expensive (-;
