Very disappointing experience
I ordered from ChromeBurner believing it was a reputable store. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing.
The parcel was never delivered to me. Due to clearance issues, the shipment was returned before delivery. Despite this, ChromeBurner issued only a partial refund and withheld £65, allegedly for return shipping.
What made the situation worse is that the store stopped responding to my emails when I asked for a clear explanation and a reference to their Terms & Conditions.
I do not believe customers should pay for shipping or returns of goods they never received. This experience does not reflect the standards of a professional or trustworthy retailer.

Very bad experience. I bought 3 helmets on Chromeburner website but they sent me wrong models, totally different from the ones I bought.
So I complained and they immediately proposed a refund, even if they still had the correct helmets available on their website. Then I replied saying that I what really wanted would be the right helmets (the ones I actually bought)
And there was nothing to do - Chromeburner insisted till the end on not providing the correct helmets and they did the refund. BUT another surprise: They refunded an amount lower than what I paid and I had to complain again.
They just wasted my time!
When a customer place an order, he really want that product. Not to be refunded.
Therefore, Chromeburner had conditions to correct their own mistake in the most appropriate way: I would return the wrong helmets and they provided the correct ones, they preferred not to do it that way, In an attitude of little consideration for the Customer
I do not recommend, nor will I buy from Chromeburner/FC Moto again.

Really impressed with ChromeBurner, ordered a jacket on Sunday, shipped the same day and arrived via FedEx 3 days later. Found a jacket I’ve been trying to get hold of for years on sale, will definitely be buying from here again.

Incredible service. I placed my order at 10:30am yesterday and, using the priority shipping, received it today, just 24hrs later. That would be impressive even if it was a local delivery but this was a shipment from the Netherlands to the UK! The item was exactly what I was looking for and a really good price. I really enjoyed the fact the shipping was free international after a certain amount but the reason for 4 stars is due to the out of stocks the website had.
