The reason I give 5 stars is down to Nathan, his customer service is exceptional. I was struggling with the general enquiry line team, even although I have been a customer of CCA for many years, but when Nathan stepped in it was all sorted. Pleas pass this on to his line manager. A big thank you to him.

Great Customer Service
Excellent customer service when I struggled to order online. They were very helpful on the phone and placed my order for me promptly. Delivery arrived when stated and very pleased with the end product. One suggested improvement could be the ordering process online. I found I couldn't navigate it very well. But overall, very happy with Christmas Connections. Thank you. Will use again.
