EXTREMELY UNFAIR FEEDBACK. The website had a banner and pop up saying we were closed for Christmas - which was active two weeks before you placed your order. You were issued a refund from us via PayPal reflecting this and we sent you an email to follow up.

There was a mix-up on my original order where I received only half of the items. Mike - the 'M' of MKD, I presume, jumped into action; immediately emailed me, apologised for the occurrence, and prioritised shipped an entire new order - in full - no less! Cannot fault the quality of the items we purchased as 5* along with the delivery.
Reason for loosing a * was one luggage tag didn't have Marella Cruise on it like the other which was what we had ordered. But despite this would recommend and use again
