This company is horrible. They sent me items I did not order, I sent them back in July the tracking is still pending and the language changed where I can not read. They will not give me my money back for a mistake they made, not only that I paid shipping to send it back. I'm still disputing my refund and will be disputing this charge with my bank. DO not I repeat do not order from these people. I will put this on every social media page that this company is a scam.

I purchased the Laguna Beach Vintage Gray Zipper Sweatshirt for $30.00 USD plus shipping. This is an extremely poor quality item that I was able to find today on AliExpress for $13.99 with free shipping. Christina and AliExpress even use the same product photos. The A in Laguna is cutoff at the Zipper, so the sweatshirt reads Lagun Beach. The zipper barely moves up and down.

Horrible experience I bought a jumpsuit, looked so beautiful in the picture paid $80 plus shipping for it. And it was not even close to the picture they said it would look like. False advertising!!! I got this tacky cheap looking outfit that no one would ever wear. I asked to take it back and they said no refunds but they would offer $17 off my next purchase.. I replied back with no I would really like to send back the outfit as it’s not what I ordered. And never got a reply back! Do not shop here!!!

Never order from this company. I order 2 things & they were both wrong. They're now trying to make me pay for shipping back to China.

Terrible quality and horrible customer service. I received the wrong shirt and they refused to refund me— offered me a $9 credit to their website which clearly does not cover the cost of the shirt.

A SCAM!!! Absolutely AWFUL!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS MERCHANT! they deceive on their website pretending they are based in the US but they are NOT, they are based in China. they deceive on their website with delivery time: 2 weeks but it is nit true it took 9 weeks for part of the order and still waiting for the other part... the part of the order that has arrived is awful none of the sizes do fit and one item was the wrong item sent so i contacted them for a refund or an exchange and their response was that they ow have cancelled my order... with NO REFUND...
I have paid via Paypal and Paypal has been completely unsupportive to me the buyer but is letting getting away with murder so far the seller in all impunity...
awful experience i am left with products I cant wear and some never arrived and no possibilites.
A total waste of money, energy and ressources for the Earth too... NEVER AGAIN

I will never order from here again. Very poor quality and they will not provide an address to return. I would advise not shopping at this site.

They sent me a low quality sweatshirt in size 3 xl. I ordered a medium and paid $40 for shipping. After 10 emails back and forth they have offered to give me a $15 credit to their store. No refund. Do they really believe that i am going to spend more money with their company for low quality clothes that may not even be the correct size. Company is a joke. Do not order from them, you will regret it.

Christina.com only get one star as I had to give a rating. The prices are to high compared to low quality. The customer service is poor. I paid 20 dollars for express delivery (10-14 days) back in Feb. 2021 and still have not received all items (May 2021). They refuse to send the last items until I have paid for at shipment back to Christina.com for two items the shipped wrong. What happen to return labels? They are offering coupons as a compensation but I will never do business with them again and can only say. Please be careful and stay clear of Christina.com!

I ordered a sweatshirt in size medium and they sent a 3 xl. I have tried numerous times to contact the company but they will not respond. Should have looked them up before making a purchase. Will never buy from this company again.

Do not buy anything from this seller.
The pictures are way different from the received clothes.
I returned the clothes and they promised a refund which was never received.
`now they are offering me a 14$ voucher. not even close to the money I paid for the returned items.

Under no circumstances should you waste your time and money shopping at Chrisitina.com. I ordered 3 items- 3 shirts. Two of them were entirely the wrong item. One was also the wrong size. All 3 were embarrassingly low quality and completely different from the items pictured on their website.
When I shared my feedback regarding their errors, they offered a “voucher” to use on future purchases. Never gonna happen.

Poor service, poor quality, poor communication. First of all before ordering I messaged them to confirm where the items were being shipped from. I was told it was being shipped out of the United States. FALSE. I placed my order on December 9th, paid for express shipping of $19.99 with the delivery date of 15 days. FALSE.
I figured it was late due to the holiday season but the package did not show up until Jan 9th. After I was given an incorrect tracking number, express shipping never applied to my package. The day I received my package I contacted them to let them know it was just received, there was an item missing I was charged for, & I’d like to make a return for partial refund.
The clothing was defective, not as described, sizing incorrect, material was - I don’t even know what to call it- like swimwear but not waterproof?? The best part was that the LOGOS WERE MISSPELLED. Not just one word, no, one “sweatshirt” had 4/5 words spelled wrong! As for the missing item- they told me it was a ‘preorder’ that’s why I was charged and I should receive it soon. FALSE I ordered 3 of the same tops & got 2 of them, it’s also now February & haven’t received any info on shipment. They offered to cancel my ‘preorder’ refund me. As for the other items they offered me me a $1 refund.
Yes $1.00 refund & to keep the order. As if keeping the order was an incentive- couldn’t wear or give this crap away- remember logo spelled wrong, material is made out of the crappiest fabric. Went back & forth with them a few more times. Requested an amount be refunded (me losing money) & if that amount was not refunded I’m going to escalate this to PayPal along with all of the proof of their false advertising, & Ridiculous service. So that’s where I am. Never again.

Do not order from this website. I ordered a Lakers jumper and an Atlanta jumper , costing £51.
They arrived 6 weeks later after me chasing them several times.
The jumpers read Lake pand and AtlanL . They are awful quality, with serious spelling mistakes. This website is a con.
I emailed for my money back and they offered me 20 dollar cash coupon !!! Why would I ever ever use this website again. What they advertise is not what they are selling. Please please be careful. They look like an American based company . My payment actually went to Hong king. Never ever ever be ripped off like I have . Stay clear of this website

I ordered and did receive 2 out of 4 items. They were similar to the items pictured but not the same. They were of lesser quality and not same length or material. I have since written 3 emails and have not heard back. Also, I was charged a transaction fee when I paid for these items bc they are overseas. Don’t order from this site- you may get the items but they are a cheap imitation of the item the model is wearing on the site!

Bad customer service. They trick you by offering you compensation rather than a refund. If you insist on the refund, you can't get it. Every day they change customer service agent so you can't have a good follow-up and you have to repeat often.

Total SCAM! Do not trust facebook ads! They won't send you anything you order! You won't get your money back!
