Received my clothing items. Cheap material. Poor quality. Not what was represented in photos. My error was not checking prior reviews. Won't bother with trying to return as it appears it will be waist of time from prior reviews. Don't waist time or your money...

I ordered button fly black cord fishtail trousers and was sent flimsy black zip fly which are the wrong size anyway and useless to me.
The items I ordered are now out of stock but the company have refused to refund me beyond a token offer if £18 (not yet received). Stay away from this company!

If I could put 0 stars I would ! I just ordered what I thought was going to be a beautiful red winter coat for £39. You cannot imagine what arrived, the only thing I can say is Yes it is red
That's where the description ends, too short, too tight awful fabric , no lining maybe make a great duster , I wouldn't even give to charity shop !
That are offering £12 in tokens which clearly wouldn't be used ! Or £9 compensation!???? Compensation means you receive more and are compensated for lack of service and not supplying the advertised goods

I should have read the reviews first. My experience is consistent with what others have experienced.

1. They sent the wrong colors of shirts
2. The shirts look nothing like the photos
3. One of the shirts literally had the neckline cut with a scissor- and a crooked cut at that.
Avoid the aggravation and do not believe in this company. It is THE worst online experience I’ve had.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. Sent me completely different items to what I had ordered and then refused to refund me the return postage. A total sham.

Company sent the totally wrong shirts. When contacted, they offered only a partial refund and wanted me to pay the shipping and handling to return the wrong shirts. Horrible customer service considering they were totally in the wrong. Think about that. I was sent the wrong shirts and they only wanted to give a partial refund.

This is a company that misrepresents its products in the picture. you are sure to be completely disapointed.and When and if you ask for a refund you'll be lucky to get it. They also make it so you cant track your package.Dishonest Chinese company.Wish i could get my hands on these CROOKS.

Shawl came right size a little big but I did order xl little bit on the thin but not bad. Delivery time was spot on under 15 days.

Scam Artists! I wish I had found this site before ordering from them! I ordered a Yellowstone fleece top from them and it’s so far from the image that was promised it’s unreal. It’s made from paper thin material (similar to disposable overalls) and stictching is just drawn on. I wouldn’t give this to my 4year old to use as fancy dress.

I dont often leave reviews but I feel compelled on this one. The items sent look nothing like the photos, not even the correct material.

When you ask to return them for a refund, they say you have to return the clothes to China, so obviously not worth the postage for you to do this . On their contact page it seems like they are a UK company, but they are not. They do not mention the return address of china on their website retruns page. Beware!

They send the wrong size. After my claim, they didn´t answer anymore. I asked again - no reaction again.

Goods nothing like advertised. Very poor quality with no possibility of a refund or return. Rip off.

Placed an order - half the items arrived - three items didn't - informed company and they said can we have a photograph of them - a photograph of what they arent in the parcel - they email everyday saying the same thing - it was delivered - so I have to answer to them saying yes but three items missing - then it arrives can we have a photo!!!! Lot easier if they refund or replace but no sign of that - customer service is awful - just sort it out - its not rocket science - three items were missing!!!!

Terrible company I would not deal with them nor would I purchase anything from them. They sent me the wrong shirt and then refused to send me the correct shirt and wanted to give me some little tiny refund and have me pay to return the shirt. They are absolutely ridiculous with terrible customer service. They are scammers look at all their reviews Don’t purchase from them they cannot be trusted

Unfortunately had to give one star. Stay clear of this company cheaply made rubbish from China. I’ve been in a dispute with them since May this year. Sent me the wrong sizes. Crap materials toilet tissue is thicker than the stuff they sell. I spent £53 on 2 sweat shirts sent back to address in China. Got email back saying I’ve sent to the wrong address. Nonsense this was the address they provided. 165 email later. They still saying the same thing bloody ridiculous customer service. I actually received an email today saying. We willing to reimburse you 50% of your order. Unfortunately this bunch of muppets think 50% of £53 is $22. Maths are clearly not their best subject. So do yourself a favour stay away from the scamming company. Unfortunately I’m down £53 plus the postage. But if I can help other people out there then job done.

So far item has never arrived! Wish I had read the reviews. Constantly get emails getting my name wrong and nonsense tracking information. Its clearly a scam, considering contacting the fraud dept.

On 7 Apr 2023, my daughter bought a pair of shoes and receivied them a short time after. Within 3 weeks the soles had worn through and the shoes became unuseable. She sent a letter a few weeks later and has recieved no reply (contact page states "Leave us a message and we’ll get back to you. Estimated reply time: within 72 hours). One month later, still nothing.
Sites looks like it's a scam, so beware.
Just discovered that my (nor her) antivirus also flagged it as not reliable...

Utterly disgraceful sent wrong items refusing my refund unless I pay the costs to return to china

Totally the wrong item. Looking at the original listing it seems they have stolen the images from the Olderbest website. Rather than a heavyweight pair of Jeans/Trousers I got sent a pair of Stripy Pyjama bottoms! the stripes don't even run in the right direction FFS.I have been offered a full refund only if I return the item, within 30 days of ordering, at my cost. The item took a month to arrive, so that 30 day target is impossible to meet, even if they didn't need to go back to an address in China!!

Ordered a striped tee shirt from them. What they sent was a plane gold coloured one, nothing like the one I ordered.
They suggested I keep the tee shirt
and offered me a £11.00. credit off my next purchase.
As if I'll buy something else from them.
Do not touch this company with a barge pole!
