I wish I'd known about this place sooner. Very nicely flavoured noodles and great toppings at excellent value. The workers at Kilburn branch are super friendly and the atmosphere/interior is really nice too.

First visit definitely not my last. Food was terrific, fresh and tasty. Large box 3 toppings £8.35 good value recommend

Brent Cross branch has excellent customer service & a friendly environment. Manager is extremely helpful and has a wonderful smiles.

Choked on a bone from some chicken and contacted Chopstix head office and also emailed them no reply they don't care I expected better from food I actually enjoy but have to be safe and would expect better customer service was in a group of five and now they have lost five customers and everyone else I can help understand that customer service is non existent.

Got food poisoning from their Bognor Regis shop. Sick for 3 days. Check other reviews to see how unhygienic they are.

I ordered from there today. When the driver arrived the code would not work and this company cancelled my order. Trying to contact them is just a joke…… what a way to run a business

Never use Chopstix before so at the counter I said sorry and asked for help the blonde girl with glasses 8pm 19.12.23
grunted at me then at the end of doing the food I tri d to pay with cash as I'd recently been robbed and was waiting on a new card for her then to just point at the card machine, I was explained what had happened and let me get my daughter for her to just say " do what you like" no manners obviously didn't want to be there and I won't be using you again and had dinner elsewhere McArthur Glen designer outlet Nottingham)
Terrible customer services!

I visited the Croydon branch today, the staff were so rude need a lesson in customer service they ignore you and when you ask a question about the food they just point and don’t answer your questions The food was so bland tasteless and very over cooked and over priced definitely food not made with love.
A member of staff was cleaning they jumped straight onto the counter a receipe for food poisoning if you ask me no one seemed to care about hygiene.
I definitely won’t be going back to spend my hard earned money.

Absolutely beautiful food from the noodle bar in Merry Hill. It was my first time trying the food and I was served by a lovely lady called Mona. She was very helpful and explained all the dishes to me and how the boxes and choices worked. I wear hearing aids and she was very patient with me. We will be going back to the food court and to the Chopstix noodle bar.

Recently visited the ChopStix store in Plymouth - really impressed - the store was clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The food was tasty and well cooked - will definitely be returning!

Great food and service - made a welcome change to a burger

Received food from this place yesterday. Got a bad case of food poisoning and have never felt so ill. Would definitely NOT recommend.

We ate at the Chopstix at Cribbs Causeway, Bristol. Food was yummy but portion size of the meat was not right. I went for the medium meal with 2 toppings, was given like 4 small pieces of chicken of the 2 toppings each. Dont think the price was justified.

Con fill your box with noodles or rice and miss out your toppings

Stopped at Warwick services, only one staff member serving, took ages to get served then she saw fit to flick the overflowing noodles into the box with her hands! Demanded a new box and because I asked for a particular piece if caramel chicken the manager then said oh no that counts as 2 toppings.
Walked away, give staff customer service training, I should have been offered a free meal!

I worked here in the Peterborough store for barely a day. If you saw the filthy kitchen and black fryers.... you'd NEVER eat here again. When I mentioned my discust to the manager, they said the fryers get cleaned on a Friday.... Not sure how many Friday's ago that was????

Incredible attitude! Just stopped off on a long journey from Liverpool to Hastings on my way home and greeted by the most amazing staff, the food could have tasted horrible (if didn’t, it was delicious) and I would still be writing an amazing review for Charlie and the team at Chopstix Welcone break Oxford! Thank you, outstanding service!
