Although it took a little time we found a proper resolution for the washer

They don’t cover what they claim to cover. After approving the service call they sent a technician out. We paid the service fee, the technician took apart our washer and noticed it needed a new motherboard. When he put the claim in, that’s when they decided they no longer wanted to cover our claim. They are now stating that the washer was broken prior to our policy and washer their hands of fixing it. Also, the technician took apart our washer and now we are our $75 and have a disassembled washer. So they made things worse for us.

Timely response; technician (Michael) didn’t waste anytime when he got here! He came, he saw (what the problem was), he conquered (fixed the issue)!

I called for Coverage and Simon seemed very knowledgeable of the warranty process!!!!

They are terrible. They never cover anything! It’s a check the box exercise to get your service fee. Difficult to deal with. Do NOT use them.

I filled a claim on a Saturday and received co within a short period of time. A appointment was scheduled for Tuesday and I got continuous updates. The problem was quickly diagnosed and repaired that same morning. The technician assigned was very professional and made sure that the unit was working properly before he left.

Alvin answered all of my questions very thoroughly. He also took the time to listen, which I appreciated, and was understanding. He was very kind and friendly and helpful. He presented a couple of options to me, and at no time did I feel pressured. It was easy to make an informed decision very quickly.

Despite the fact that the salesperson stated that a repair person would respond to a claim within 3 days normally and 5 days it took 3 weeks and numerous calls before a person was sent to work on washer. Totally unacceptable

Serviceman was very detailed and friendly in his assessment. I received a quick reply for my appointment. Very satisfied.

Still trying to schedule an appointment with an appliance company. I can't wait 2 weeks for an appointment to fix a dripping central A/C unit. I'm pretty frustated.

Choice home warranty looks good on paper but don’t be fooled.
When my Air Conditioner wasn’t cooling properly & needed to be checked for Freon, Choice said they don’t cover that! Do I had to hire an AC company to come in and add Freon. It cost me $490. So it didn’t make a difference that I had a home warranty. Look for a company that provides pre-season checks.

When I submitted a claim, it was Handled Quickly. As it turned out I didn't need the service and was able to easily cancel it. Great company to do business with
