About a year and a half ago I put a very nasty scratch down the side of my car as I got it out the garage. I finally decided to do something about it, and bought myself a Chipex kit. I wasn't really expecting that much, but I have been really impressed with the results. The scratch had been visible from over 20 feet away, but now it can't be seen at that distance. Where it was at it's deepest you can just make it out, but in shallower areas the scratch has completely disappeared. I would highly recommend these kits.

Didn't use product straight away but when I did it was wrong colour match

Bought some of this Chipex stuff for my new car to sort out any stone chips and marks, 2000 miles in and its already chipped tjis stuff is great for touching in, a bit daunting to use at first but works great. Instructions are clear and colour match is spot on would recommend.

The quality of the finish is poor doesn't blend properly and takes off all the paint even with the tiniest amount of blending solution. Better to just buy touch up paint from anywhere thats cheap was not worth £45

Got straight on with addressing the chips on my front bumper.
Following the clear instructions it took less than half an hour to pretty much make them disappear. Colour match is spot on. Very happy 🙂

I wasnt to sure how good this would be. The paint was an exact match to mine. Which isn't a common colour car. The kit was fantastic. I ended up doing every single chip and scratch. Took me 4 hours. But was well worth the time. My car looks fantastic and cannot notice the scratches or chips. Definitely recommend this product.

Happy with the product, same colour match. Easy to use. Even with the deeper scratches blended very well. Will recommend to do this when the weather is sunny and dry to allow the paint to dry naturally.

Very happy with the product.
Plenty in the bottle to sort out the chips on the door corners where it had been bumped.
Did it work first time -no- I think I was a bit too eager to rub it off too hard. I just had to persevere and try again, applying more, but being more careful in the process. Very happy with the results and still have loads left.

I ordered a large kit for my BMW E30 to repair some stone chips along the bonnet.
The colour match was fantastic and to my surprise, the kit was extremely easy to use!

Never used one before, works really well, follow the instructions to achieved the look you want, don't use too much cutting compound or the colour will change on the paint (dull), dabbing your finger on the paint seems wrong but it does work, very fast delivery seeing as they had to match the colour perfectly, I was a bit hesitant to do it, but I took my time and am really pleased with the outcome, and that is with Tesla's really thin paint

Would recommend - had small small scratches and scuffs, and a much deeper chip on the bonnet. Covered well and good match. Patience is key as the deeper chip needed several coats and experimenting with how long to leave paint to dry - obviously can still be seen if you look close, but a huge difference to before!

I bought the premium chips kit after my door hit a wall and took the paint off. This kit is absolutely brilliant, the paint matched perfectly and once blended was like it never happened. The applicators that come with the kit are excellent, the paint covered nicely without any drips. I would highly recommend this kit.

The paint for my vauxhall corsa was miles off as a colour match.
I decided to sell the car...so I didn't send it back under the guarantee.
Disappointed the colour was so far out on the first attempt, its a common colour.

Hi Ordered Graphite grey for my skoda and the match was great I have today used this and I am very happy with result the process was good after a number of trys finally built up a numer of chips while it's not perfect it does make a very big difference and I am happy with the result I would recomend this product also very quick delivery

Would give it zero if I could. Just spent 8 hours and got pratically nowhere on two chips and a scratch. Instructions say 5 to 30 mins to dry. If you leave full 30 mins the buffing with the blending solution does nothing. As a result you have to apply pressure but again, it does nothing until you apply too much and then it pulls all the paint out. The scratch has just changed colour from white to black. A bit less obvious, but not even close to the correct colour (red). Have seen videos of it working better, but looks more like luck than judgement. Have tried all possible combinations of drying time, pressure, amount of blending solution. Nothing works. Avoid at all costs.

Bought a new car (MG IM5) and within weeks I had an unsightly chip appear on the middle of the front bonnet. Most annoying! Thought I would try Chipex after reading all the positive reviews. Very pleased with the outcome and very simple to use. Much cheaper than calling someone out to deal with it and I have more than enough spare to do many more - hopefully not!

A very good product, packaged as a quick and easy to use set with everything you need. Is the repair perfect? No, but for £40 I’m made up with the results.
