Ordered for father's day and didn't receive tracking until after the first attempted delivery. Stayed in just in case but had to leave for a pre-booked meal. Once received chocolate had melted, cheese was sweaty only thing that survived was the wine. As it was for my grandad of 80 didn't want to risk it. Contacted customer service to no reply. Poor.

Arrived as expected on time even in the hot weather with extra cold packaging. Brilliant thank you.

The smoked leister cheese is amazing, we had the onion crackers with the chilli jam as a fathers day gift, the 3 together were incredible, the jam really brought the creamyness of the cheese. It melts in the mouth, even non cheese lovers have tried and enjoyed it 10/10 wpuld buy again

I am taking the cheese to Sri Lanka. Once I taste it will let you know know. This is for my nephew. He said he tasted this cheese in Germany and it was very good. That’s why asked me to order them.

I ordered a hamper for my brother in law as a get well gift as he'd seen the hamper I bought for my father in law at christmas. The cheese, crackers and jams were beautifully displayed in a lovely box. The 2nd hamper had matching cheese and crackers which was both fun and complimented each other. Highly recommend. Delivery was quick even around Fathers Day.

I placed an order over a week ago with stated delivery for 3 days after, I received a confirmation which stated I would receive confirmation from royal mail when they had received my parcel. I have not received this parcel. It is now 7 days past the due delivery date I have contact the company numerous times and had no response but they have taken the payment. Awful customer service.
