I LOVE CHEEKBOSS!! Like REALLY REALLY LOVE THEM!!! I love them so much I became a VIP MEMBER…. I LOVE them so much I got my daughters to try them and they LOVE THEM just as much as I do… they make me feel sexy and beautiful and confident.. the material is so breathable and so soft it feels like second skin. Best underwear ever, most comfortable material and they fit so well. The patterns are adorable and so many to pick from! I will say the thongs are a little bit more low waisted than I personally prefer, but the cheeky and the boyshorts are the best! Ive gotten several orders and I am apart of the VIP membership and its worth every penny!!

Honestly I love their products, they're such a good business, the quality is always so buttery and smooth, I've never had any problems with my VIP if I need a month to be off it due to financial struggles, they're always very kind whenever I've reached out, I love this business :).

Love them! Some of the best underwear I own! Also the prints are pretty cute and comfy! 10/100 would buy more if my dresser could expand some more!! The quality is amazing, no itchy uncomfortable fabric, just pure bliss.

I love Cheekboss! They are comfortable and perfect for everyday wear. I used to struggle to find underwear that didn’t dig into my rounder stomach but now I don’t worry at all! I love colorful things, so the variety in patterns are something I enjoy the most about them! The quality is great as well!

I had seen the adds for cheekboss before but was a little apprehensive to buying something off of an instagram add. Let's just say l've been burned before by fake adds. Well this time around with the free two pairs, just pay S&H, I figured why not let's try it. I picked out 2 pairs of the bikini style and in the cutest patterns. They are buttery smooth to the touch, a nice wide gusset, and the gusset is lined with cotton. They are incredibly comfortable, especially in my postpartum body. I will absolutely be buying more in different styles!!

When i first bought there underwear a few years ago in 2022, the product was soo good I bought more when I needed them. 3rd time I ordered the underwear the seams would come apart within 2 washes. I thought it was a fluke so I did end up purchasing more. Same thing happened. I personally think they may have opted for a different glue to bond the seams. This was a big disappointment. However, if you are OK with buying your own glue to seal them back, the under are the most comfortable things without digging or creating muffin top.

If I could give no stars I would. After 7 days of no updates from tracking when the package was last scanned 3 hours away (in the state I reside in) I reached out, and was told it is not their problem in nicer words. They will do nothing to resolve the issue. A lot of people have issues with their shipping, their forced membership, and the product being unusable after a few washes. Just save your money and go to a local store to buy things.

Absolutely loved the undies!!! Bought 3 more pairs! Will definitely be buying more and I’m thinking about joining the VIP subscription.

They never sent my package refused my refund and then want 9.99 to resend it which is bs I done paid you for it why do I need to pay again never again I even did the vip

I thought for sure this company would go out of business on its own with their deceptive, dishonest practices but I just got an Instagram ad for them so I want to post my negative review to warn others.

I got the free promo scam and ordered other items as well. Two shipments ordered to my building with a 24/7 doorman and cameras everywhere. No one is allowed in the building without signing in and a dedicated person signs for all packages. Both packages were never delivered and Cheekboss refused to make this right or try to provide proof of signature/delivery.

I was literally told they are a small business so they can't give refunds for two packages that were never sent:
"As a small business, we focus on delivering quality products and mutually beneficial resolutions. However, our scale differs from that of larger corporations like Amazon, which can offer more expansive policies, such as free replacements or immediate refunds." During this back and forth with customer support, my subscription was also automatically renewed.

I can understand not being able to get refunded shipping & handling for the free promo, but to be told I'm out of luck for my $30 order that was completely lost and undelivered was unacceptable. I looked on Trustpilot later and saw that many other people had this same issue with orders never being sent. I also saw the product is low quality so I was glad to not have anything to do with this company anymore.

Support small businesses that actually try to make a quality product and provide good customer service. Cheekboss doesn't deserve any of your time. Don't fall for their free promo scam. This is a deceptive, dishonest company.

You pay $10 for the worst shipping ever. I never received my items i placed on 08/01/2026. Then got this response,

"YOUR PACKAGE
We completely understand how disappointing it can be to not receive your order, and we apologize for any inconvenience that this might have caused. As your order was not marked as undeliverable by our shipping provider, it looks like your package may have been lost in transit.

Kindly note that we are not liable for any lost or stolen packages on behalf of our shipping provider, as mentioned in our FAQ Page.

REPLACEMENT

We are happy to offer a one-time exception to our Store Policies to replace your order for our replacement fee of $9.99."

They want to charge you an additional $10 just so the package can be lost again! Its disgusting how they do this people. I just went on reddit and other websites and see the same complaints about shipping issues. They claim to be a small business and use that as excuse when they have ADs posted everywhere. Anyways DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, BEWARE.

Briefs don’t fit well enough to stay up, if you have any substantial stomach at all. They slide down your hips and you’ll end up with pantries around your ankles!! It’s a shame, because they are very soft and sleek.

First of all..the best underwear I’ve ever gotten by FARR!! So absolutely obsessed with the fun prints and patterns and don’t get me started with this material..the best ever! They so comfortable and they hug my body perfectly!! Shipped so fast! Never buying any other underwear!!

AT FIRST they’re fantastic! They fit beautifully and are very comfortable and look great on. Then after wearing them for a few hours they have stretched out so much that you can’t walk across the room without them literally falling off of you! Very disappointing.
Also, they have like 80,000 crazy 70s looking prints, but rarely any solid colors.

Holly cow did these undies suck!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I put them on and they felt great, fit great and loved them. Within the hour I could tell something was up lol. By noon they had stretched out so much they would not stop riding up. I am not exaggerating these are the worst panties I have ever woren.

I had an order of 5 and three of those came as the wrong style. O immediately contacted them and its been weeks or back and forth for them to claim they changed the style of them to something way different despite two being correct. If they actually did change them I never would have ordered those and they should say they are changing it. They just blew me off no refund or sending the correct thing. I was just wanting to get the correct thing and return the wrong ones they sent.
