SPAM LEADS!!
SPAM LEADS!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
I received £4,500 worth of spam leads who were not real customers looking for work. I have good evidence that these leads were spam leads and Checktrade do not care or want to know, they just want my money.
They call me everyday, send me emails - but no one wants to discuss the spam leads with me.
They hire an agency in south Africa to do all their payment chasing so they have no idea about my business and are clueless when I bring up this problem to them. I have to ring the sales line to speak to someone in the UK - but they have no authority and say "someone will give you a call" - no one has ever called me from Checkatrade to discuss this complaint. The only calls I get are calls from South Africa asking me to pay or they are sending Bailiffs round.
I would highly Recommend you stay as far away from Checkatrade as possible - Awful company, 0 morals
