These workers are so rude and simply can’t answer,the question it’s always a long conversation but never any resolution to the problem.

Website was easy to maneuver and good deals were available. Having said that, you had to look carefully.

I am really not happy with their service this time. They have not accommodated the medical emergency. For rescheduling we have been asked to pay equal to a new ticket. Unfortunately, this experience has left me disappointed, and I would think twice before using this service again. I hope the company reviews its approach to handling medical emergencies and treats customers with more consideration in the future.

The ride was great good people and great service. Clean plan really great services for the flight attendants.

This was, without question, one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

I specifically asked the CheapOair agent how much checked baggage would cost before I purchased my ticket. I was told $70–$80 per bag. That information turned out to be completely wrong.

When I arrived at the airport, I was charged $200 per bag. Since I was traveling round trip with two checked bags, I ended up paying an unbelievable $800 in baggage fees.

I feel the agent lied to me just to get the sale. If I had been told the real baggage cost, I would never have booked through CheapOair. Instead, I was blindsided at the airport with an enormous bill and had no choice but to pay it.

I feel completely ripped off and deceived. Whether it was intentional or grossly negligent, the result was the same: I lost hundreds of dollars because I relied on the information their agent gave me.

Save yourself the stress, frustration, and expensive surprises. Verify every fee directly with the airline and think twice before booking through CheapOair. Based on my experience, I will never use this company again.

Cheap air us the worst I am trying to reschedule or push a flight back from 7/6 to 7/10. I brought a roubd trip ticket and instead of leaving 7/6, i want to leave 7/10. I already paid a round trip ticket coming vack on 7/17. Intold cheap air i want to cancel and get a credit for 7/6 and they said no if i dont take the flight on 7/6 and if i was to buy a ticket for 7/10 that my flight returning 7/17 is not valid although i paid for a round trip ticket. I will be stuck in another country as they are forcing me to buy another round trip ticket which they can not refund my tickets. Please dont get scammed from cheap air or you will ve stuxk in another country if you try to rebook a ticket through cheap air. There customer service sucks and you are talking to reps who are from india and who likes to liw and hang up on people. Do not buy from cheap air. Go directly to the airline if you need to reschedule. Do not reschedule with cheap air or you will be stuck in another country. Cheap.air is a scam!

Total fraud company they will run a $40.26 “optional” service fee again and again up to 6 times. Do yourself a favor and just buy from airline directly.

I don't like how CheapOair makes it hard to change days and times. Things happen and plans change and they have the nerve to say they would have to charge more to change the date. I purchased our flight way less than 24 hours and they still want to chop off a few arms just to make more money. You guys need to learn from Expedia. At least they have the flexibililty make changes with no hassle and keep customers happy.

I have been using Priceline but I have used CheapOair few times to book national and international flight for my families. One the flight was cancelled by the airline but the CheapOair refund my money within few days whereas same thing happened with Priceline waiting for a month haven’t received it yet. I suggest CheapOair is trustworthy.

Couple day ago I have ordered from your guy vegan meal for my flight and your guy said ok to submit to JAL already, now on board Jal said they didn’t received any request vegan meal for me? What’s wrong? Your guy doing like shit for customers???
