CheapoAir does bait and switch pricing…
CheapoAir does bait and switch pricing on their tickets. They give you a not so low rate, then add baggage and seat fees. On a recent trip on United Airlines from Dulles, I was shocked to learn I could not bring my carry on bag. I had to pay $50 to check it each way. That added $100 to my trip. Then I noticed everyone else could bring their 2 bags on. There were also high fees to choose your seat. United Airlines then segregated us in the back, last ones to board. I also paid $4.95 for a boarding pass which never arrived. I had to do all check-ins through United app. Received fake message about my credit card not being approved, and then on top of that I went to my trips page and saw someone had booked me for a flight to LA in March!! They used to be good but now it's a scam. All in all a very unpleasant experience.

I will NEVER book with this site again
I will NEVER book with this site again! First, they charge you a $75.00 cancelation fee if you have to cancel your flight and receive a credit. THEN they charge you a $150.00 rebooking fee which is INSANE! $225.00 in fees for a $300.00 flight credit is RIDICULOUS!!! I've never heard of this with any other 3rd party sites. This policy should be reviewed because that is just straight up ridiculous! Never again...

CheapOair it's a disaster. A scam.
A disaster. I bought round-trip tickets from Argentina to Brazil, and after fully paying the fares and CheapOair's service fee, they changed my flights to other flights that I can't board because the first return flight arrives at the connecting airport an hour after the second flight departs for Buenos Aires.
I tried contacting CheapOair at three different phone numbers, but no one answers the calls or the emails I send. So, there's no way to resolve this, and I paid for segments of the flight that I can't use because of the changes to the original flights I paid for in full. I'm a lawyer, and I will be taking legal action for this scam.

I was charged a service fee for 310.00 for nothing to be correct I spoke with a manager that gave me a hundred dollar credit I fly into Houston at 12.40 but can’t pick up my rental car until 10 am
