I recently rented my current property from Cheapmoov since 24 August 2024. I have had a very good experience with them. The property I got was well maintained and very clean. The Cheapmoov agents helped me and my wife at every point of getting us the property. Cheapmoov made moving in very convenient because the property had a fridge, stove and washing machine. The Cheapmoov estate agents are always ready to answer my questions and always keep me updated on any maintenance issue and how it is being sorted. I highly recommend Cheapmoov.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Extremely unprofessional, noncooperative, extremely rude and bad mannered. Cannot, will not, should not recommend this company.

The day I moved in I found that the house was dirty, I had to clean it myself. Then I found the radiator didn't work, Andy was kind enough to come and tried to fix it, but he couldn't. Therefore I suffered a cold night without heater, then I had to buy one.
The second was the washing machine, it leaked and flooded the whole kitchen, again I had to buy a mop. Andy said he refund me, even if it is true, I never dream of moving into a property would be so distressful.
The third problem was there was no internet, the advertisement stated that there would be broadband included, so what broadband meant?
I wish there will not be more problems.

We contacted Cheapmoov for property sourcing in Liverpool. Their customer services was excellent. Money well spent!

This letting agency is the worst I have ever used. They take months to sort anything out, staff do not care and are aggressive towards tenants. They refuse to send out qualified workers. When I reported an issue with my toilet an agent came out to see it rather than a plumber - the agent was aggressive and intimidating, as a single female I felt really uncomfortable. Horrible staff and awful company - AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They should be reported to the authorities.

Do yourself a favour and don't rent from this lettings agency. They are absolute crooks - first day we moved in the house was filthy and full of rubbish - they refused to sort it and we ended up having to clear and clean ourselves. The staff couldn't care less about tenants and have left us without hot water for weeks. When we report maintenance issues they take weeks to send their contractors round, and when they arrive they don't seem to know what they were doing or seem to be qualified contractors - their 'electrician' turned up to fix faulty wiring extremely drunk. Typical shyster freeloading landlord.

Very slow company. Lived in a houseshare which they bought half way trough my residence, was very clear difference, would not answer calls, even on immediate issues, would delay/not care about anything. After I moved out I got a bill (i was on a bills included contract) on the adress by scottish power and they just kept delaying paying for it for almost 3 months now as scottish power is pestering me. They keep saying they will pay same day as i ask about it then just say oh we were busy, even though when i came to their office several times they just push time doing nothing from my perspective. Absolutely horrible company and customer service!

This was finally solved but does not exuse the time it took.

The boiler was

Horrible people . I never thought service is so cheap. The property was inhabitable on the starting day of tenancy, So not moved in, still waiting for the rent and Deposit refunded. No reply for the Emails. Says they have sent the request to the accounts team. No timescale when they are going to refund. They are targetting people who are new to the country. beware...

There's now best place to look when looking for an agent. I was so impressed even when I was consulting from quite some distance, I was satisfied. Great job. I strongly recommend Cheapmoov.

i cant speak highly enough of my experience with Andy of Cheapmoov, throughout my adult years, i have had the experience of purchasing a few different houses. As my family began to grow, i recently found the need and desire to purchase a larger home. i contacted lots of realtors in the area but as soon as i met Andy, i knew he was the one.
Andy has been there every step of the way, he has been so patient with me responding to my many emails and calls regardless of the hour of day or night.
His professionalism, mentorship, knowledge, honesty and work ethics are really appreciated. it didnt feel like he was trying to sell me a house as he didnt pressure me to seal any deal. Rather he mentored me through the whole process to make the best decision for my family. i am glad i made the decision to work with the great team at Cheapmoov.

Nothing prepared us for the stress, shock and horror we faced with our previous agent (Cheapmoov) who left our property in disrepair and utterly mis-managed our property. We got to a point where we just wanted to get rid of the property because of the whole situation. We had sleepless nights. I contacted a few agents who weren't exactly helpful but when I contacted Whitegates I wasn't expecting the exceptional level professionalism, support and genuine kindness we received from the whole team. They took on the whole nightmare and turned it around. We have peace of mind and can now literally put our feet up. My advice to anyone trying to get an agent is to be aware that there are some hyenas and vultures out there. We have been fortunate to find a fantastic team in 'Whitegates West Derby' that actually know what managing a property is all about.
