I took some items to sell at the Richmond, branch, based on a previous experience. My assessor was Justin, he was very professional and explained each step of the selling procedure, and valuation. I was put at ease by his extensive knowledge of the items that I presented, he explained that after assessment an offer, maybe made with no obligation to proceed. I can not fault the service in any aspect, that I encountered, and needless to say I was totally satisfied with the offer made, which I excepted.

Posh Pawn in Weybridge were recommended to me by someone who had recently had a very good experience with them. I have, today, had the same professional experience. As well as being very personal, welcoming and friendly, they are sleek and professional and took time to explain everything thoroughly. I highly recommend them.

I took to them to sell 1 designer small suitcase, 3 designer bags and jewelleries, these items didn’t come cheap, these were very high luxury brands, they tried to cheat me with the price they were willing to pay devaluing my stuff like they were piece of nothing. I took them somewhere else and got a better price for all of my stuff. Don’t bother with these people they will try to cheat you. Will never go back there ever again in my life.

Was intimidated from the start.
I took 2 genuine Louis vuiton bags. One over night holdal and 1 tote bag.
Granted both had wear and tear and needed a little restoration.
The gentleman told me he wouldn't be able to sell due to this. To which my partner asked. " isn't there some Where that can restore the bags? "
This was answered by the gentleman " No as I was the only one who used to do this "
Dumbfounded it wasn't until we left that we then realeased . That if it was the case then he could have taken my bags. Restored them and made a profit. Hypocrisy at work. Thank you for your two faced pretentious customer service.

I want in there to sell a bag first of all the they kept me waiting saying it should get authenticated by this time didn’t happen kept delaying then they turned around and said it’s not authentic when it was brand new if u guys are looking to go there because of how it came across on Tv dnt it’s nothing like that they give u a low price and I will never go there again try other places got a amazing price and it was all done by the afternoon

A fair and professional pawnbrokers!

I have used Posh Pawnbrokers on many occasions and the service is second to none. The staff are very polite and experienced. They offer great rates and very fair loans against your goods. I will definitely be using them again.

I’m from Sheffield and I find the Sheffield pawnbroker is so irritating, he always sounds so scripted and fake where as everyone else seems so natural and honest. Also he drags it out when talking about money and offers which I find annoying for the customers as I would just want to know if I needed the money. He also offers them way less than what the items are worth which I think shows him as being so greedy. Makes me not want to watch.

Used these to get some quick cash to put towards a house deposit and they were great. Picked the money up quickly and took it to the house auction later that day! Will use again and highly recommend them

First time user of Posh Pawn. Very helpful with valuations, and a fair price lent against my items. Have yet to redeem my loan but no problems so far and would certainly use again if necessary. Recommended.
