Book flight Nov. Last year and had to cancel. Because of hospitalized traveler and was advised we could use credit saved for another flight.
Impossible to use credit. They will not get back you after months of attempt.

Did not even bother to get back to me with a price for 2 Business class ticket. Can you imagine what it would have been like if I paid for a ticket? They would have totally ignored me.

They promised us a credit and we are still waiting on it a month later. We did not cancel our trip, due to CO-VID there was no travel to Greece and we are getting nothing back. They deleted their Facebook page because they do not want their reviews up.
