I booked a flight, two ways, with this company from JFK to Madrid for 650$ and I ended up paying double because they couldn’t confirm the flight with one of the airlines and I had to buy another flight way more expensive than the first one.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I booked a flight that was canceled due to COVID. I have a credit with CheapBestFares.com that I’ve been trying to use. Keep telling me they will call me back and they never do. When I call back, they say the agent never booked flight and we start again. Flights are not available and fares go up. Total SCAM!
