This site took money for a services…

This site took money for a services they did not give. I was twice stuck in a loop asking me to pay again. An attempt to redress this by their chat option was unsuccessful. It was not a person but a robot that asked me to pay monies again. From previous experience, this would have again taken me back into the same loop. Later, checking my card account I found that a further sum of £35 had been taken. I had to contact my card supplier to block them from further payments.
