Apologies for this late review.
From the minute Neil Irons at 'Charter Property Repairs' attended and assessed the flood damage to our kitchen, we immediately felt reassured that this was a company, which would professionally manage all aspects of the repairs required.
Suffice to say, apart from the understandable odd blip along the way, the whole team involved, were all highly skilled, courteous and professional in all that they did! Special thanks to Neil, Sam, Simon, Keiron, Martin, Joe and Charlie!

Charter Properties were professional, helpful and communicative. They responded to any queries we had and communicated with us at every stage of the repair. They arrived promptly and tidied up before they left the property each day . The company would take a lot of beating. Highly recommended.

Charter Property Services are a very professional company. They sorted out water damage that had got under my kitchen floor boards. All the workers were friendly, punctual, cleared up beautifully and the quality of the craftsmanship was excellent. I can't praise them highly enough.

Charter Property Repairs have done an excellent job in repairing the water damage to our property. We were kept informed about times the repair would be done. The men came as planned. They protected the floor and other furnishings from dust and damage.
Work was carried out in a professional and timely manner.
A special mention to Tom. He is an excellent craftsman. Thankyou for all of the work done.

Following a fire at our house which affected over half the house with fire and smoke damage everyone at Charter Property repairs have been amazing. Yes it took a little while but I can't thank them all enough. All trades seem to go above and beyond at times and we as a family are extremely grateful. From the start of the proces with the insurance company to the completion of the property with Charter has made the whole experience a whole less stressful, thankyou.

A very professional team, the work was done carefully, precisely, and cleanly, in compliance with all regulations and rules. The new floor tiles look wonderful. The ceiling renovation was just as much work. Everything was done perfectly. We are very pleased.

Refreshing in this day and age to find tradesmen so professional and proud of their work, in our case Luke, Bob, Lee, Ashley and Caroline who project managed.
All work was completed to a very high standard with no mess and was carried out exactly as scheduled by Caroline, even our neighbours commented on how polite the workmen were.
Would have no hesitation in recommending any of them.

Punctual, courteous and all round excellent work

The whole team were really friendly and professional. Tony and Nigel who did the carpentry work and decorating respectively were very efficient at their jobs with a good amount of pride in their work that they did it to top standards. Love the phrase they both used of " I do it to the standard I want in my house"

The office staff & on-site tradesmen were outstanding . Sam, the coordinator was professional & very understanding. She gave us timely advice to help smooth things over. Her communication was excellent keeping us abreast of the progress of work to be carried out. The (on-site) bricklayer Ian, went above & beyond. His quality of workmanship is outstanding.

Can't fault any of the tradesmen, Neil, Shaun, Tommy, Ash, Graham and Kevin plus several others were great.
Lea in the office is lovely but needs lessons in organisation and communication, this became very frustrating at times.

All the trades were superb, with very high standards of work, very courteous, professional and high standards of finish. Left the house clean and tidy after every visit. Despite the difficulty getting matching bricks, the bricks are an excellent match and you wouldn’t know that a repair had been done. Recommend all the trades, bricklayers, plasterer, decorators and labourers.

Efficient staff carried out all works to a high standard. Great care whilst working.
Having had my own maintenance team in my working life l would have happily had any of them on my works team. A job well done.

Cannot speak highly enough of the plumber,carpenter and decorator who carried out the work required after experiencing water leakage.
The person who carried out the initial inspection was very helpful explaining the work to be carried out.After that I had several phone calls from a young lady in the office who kept me informed of dates,
The plumber,carpenter and decorator were always on time and kept me informed throughout. They tidied up at the end of each day.
I must say that John the decorator did a really excellent job especially with the difficult layout of the airing cupboard.
I would most definitely recommend Charter Property Repairs to anyone.

It has been a pleasure to have CPR carry out the remedial work from our leak. From the start of the insurance claim, once assigned, the company's communication was excellent. They responded to my queries promptly.
