Dan, Bob and Simon were all great and very helpful.
Dan, in particular, was very helpful. He went beyond expectations to make sure we were happy with his work. They are all a credit to your company. We scored 4 instead of 5 stars simply because the job took 6 days instead of 3. But that does not reflect on these three.

CPR Charter Property Repairs were above and beyond what I have experienced from other so called builders!
The communication from the office was always quick and to the point. The bricklayer that was sent was a fantastic workman and the finished wall is a cracker and the final touch of refixing the gate post left the whole job looking excellent. Thank you CPR for all your help and kindness. Regards,

Having a water leak beneath your kitchen floor is not something you see. You find out. The hope is that your insurance company and their professionals are behind you, supportive, helpful, informative, caring and at all times, working in your interest.
Hastings my Insurance company took time to understand the problem and sought professional assistance. The problem noted and an Insurance assessor appoint. I was talked through the process by an incredible assessor who I felt was acting for both me and her company. She was there at a time when I was fearing the worst outcome.
Hastings got things sorted and Via the Davis group, a company called Charter Property Repairs were appointed to repair the damage. A Norfolk based company.

They were on top of my problem quickly. Jon the damage assessor met my plumber Tex, Anglian Plumbing & Heating and a plan of action was made.

Initially Kim put my mind at rest and gave me full confidence in Charter. Simon, Kyle, Cieron, Peter, Toby, Jon, Paul, Tom, Tony and Caroline, were soon on the case and diligently went about managing and carrying out repairs. Each professional trade carried out repairs to the property with care and attention and kindness. Keeping me informed at each stage. My plumbers copper pipework was akin to work of art. Tidy, clean and solid.

Charter were also magnificent and I was pleased to receive so many trusted workmen into my house. Who were respectful, friendly and dedicated to sorting out my problem. The job took quite a while to complete. But, these jobs have to be monitored through to completion and each stage assessed accordingly.

Neil came to my property today to repair a burst pipe. Neil was polite, respectful and friendly. Even though the job turned out to be a lot more tricky than anticipated he got the job done with the utmost professionalism. He took the time needed to complete the repair. He explained everything that needed doing and how things needed to be done. He kept me in the loop the whole time. Excellent service

Very impressed with the standard of work carried out. Friendly tradesmen who left it tidy each day and completed the work to the highest standard. Regular updates from the Charter Office team. We would highly recommend Charter repairs and would happily use them again if needed without hesitation.

The company did an excellent job by keeping me constantly informed and in particular when there were any delays. I felt comfy that the job would get done. The damage at the start had been very extensive but it was reassuring to know the process was happening at a steady pace.

The contractors from Charter were kind, professional, and a joy to have in my home. They did a fantastic job of restoring my property which was wrecked by a huge water leak, and I really felt that they had my best interests at heart, and truly believe that I would not have got my home back, but for their professionalism, kindness, and integrity. Three years is along time to not have full access to your home and belongings, but the finished results have helped ease the pain and anxiety that I experienced during that time.

Once Charter had been assigned by our insurance company to carry out the repair work, they reacted swiftly. Once the floor had dried out they were able to get the repairs under way. The team assigned were all very professional and friendly and made sure that what they did was to a high standard. My wife and I were very pleased with the completed finish. We were aware that Charter were very busy with other jobs but they did their best to fit in the work as it progressed.
Overall very satisfied.
