Disappointing workmanship installing laminate flooring

The company has an extensive selection of products and services for home furnishings. I’m giving it a 2 star for the laminate flooring that was installed at my home because even after the supposed “pre check” visit before the floor was laid to make sure all was ok for them to proceed there are several areas where extra underlay foam could have been added to avoid the hollow feeling as you walk on the floor. Also quite a few areas of filler had been missed with the skirting joints.

The most important dissatisfaction is that at the showroom I selected AC5 quality laminate but when it was delivered the product was labelled AC4.
