WHAT A USELESS COMPANY THAT THE POEPLE CANT UNSUBSCRIBE YOU!
I am extremely frustrated with the ongoing harassment from this company. Despite repeatedly requesting—through at least five different customer service agents—that they stop contacting me, I am still receiving 7–8 unsolicited calls every single day.
I have never given consent for my personal information to be used, shared, or sold. The volume of calls I am receiving strongly suggests that my data has been unlawfully distributed to third parties, including motor warranty and insurance companies.
This is a clear violation of the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and a serious invasion of my privacy.
I have demanded that:
My details be removed from all systems immediately
Full disclosure be provided on how my data was obtained and shared
Written confirmation that my data has been deleted
If this harassment continues, I will formally escalate the matter to the Information Regulator and pursue further legal action.
This behaviour is unacceptable and must stop immediately.
