My husband and I are looking to buy our first home. Charlotte has been amazing throughout this process. Whilst viewing, she is able to answer all of our questions and give us insights into how to style/utilise the properties. Outside of viewing she is very helpful, emailing us properties we may be interested in!

Ella Carrol has been an absolute breath of fresh air to work with and I highly recommend her. She has listened to everything we might be worried about and been an excellent advocate for our property. I felt in really safe hands with her which felt like a contrast to previous experiences with other agents that have left me feeling insecure. She has a really proactive attitude which we really hoped for. Highly recommend selling a house with Ella in Chancellors Witney!

We had chancellors as the property management company for our last tenancy. Hollie Callaghan was professional and very helpful throughout our rental period. She was quick to reply via email or call with any issue we faced and made sure to follow up once the issues were resolved.
Thank you very much for all your help Hollie. Would highly recommend

I dealt with Evelina Paniulaityle at the Oxon Property Management office . I was very happy with the service for the three plus years of my tenancy .

Fern was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was brilliant, and I can't recommend her enough! Based on her professionalism alone, I would buy a property from her in a heartbeat. I highly recommend her to anyone.

I viewed a property with Jack at Chancellors and although I didn’t proceed, he was great. He was very professional and informative about the property. He was able to help with all my questions. I can’t recommend chancellors enough.

We are buyers so we had no choice but to use chancellors in Ascot. When you have an offer accepted you have to, as standard apparently, take out an insurance with lifetime legal. They promise to pay out for fees if things go wrong but they don’t. They don’t assist with repo properties, as was ours, but neither chancellor or the insurance company told us this and took our money anyway, its not a lot, but it’s definitely a con. Chancellors, or Chancers, lack communication, honesty and are quick to ignore major issues, the usual not answering my call, or not being available was a common theme. My experience with Roman wasn’t great either and it’s very apparent their business model is the same, I didn’t know they’re a sister company. Their whole vibe is toxic. I will not look at a property if it’s in with either of these agents. There are better agents locally.

Ben and Daisy were absolutely brilliant. They made my experience so straightforward and answered any questions I had at every stage of my application. I want to give my up most gratitude to these guys for helping me with my new home, 10/10 service! Cannot recommend enough. :)

We recently moved houses and everything from viewing to the move-in was expertly handled by the Chancellors team. Hollie our new property manager went out of her way to make sure we were settled in alright, helped us get information on the best broadband and promptly answered any questions we had regarding making the property our new home.
I would highly recommend Chancellors.

All thanks to Mandy Gibson for her timely, professional, and outstanding support I received regarding my faulty washing, which I had been chasing for over a month. Mandy's intervention was magical, as she got everything resolved within 3 days by taking the issue to those that matter within the team
I am highly impressed with her professionalism and consistency.
Thank you, Mandy, for putting smiles on the faces of my family members once again.

Be very carful when dealing with this company. They have failed to meet our pre tenancy conditions even after telling us that the work was carried out and taking our money. We had asked for the garden to be cleaned and to be left in a usable state and holes to be filled in the house. None of these have been done! We arrived to our check in to find the garden covered in glass, rubble and hardcore all over the garden and sharp metal poles sticking out of the ground. No holes have been filled in the house what so ever. We were told these have all been done and to make payment. We are 3 weeks into our tenancy and 6 weeks since we asked this work to be carried out. Chancellors have trapped us in a home by taking our money and not keeping their side of the agreement. We have been met with nothing but them putting the blame on the contractors and half hearted excuses. We have had to have the council attend to do a risk assessment. We also have complained to the directors and have been met with a bunch of empty promises and even tried to give us an insulting compensation amount when all we want is a safe livable home for us and our children. We have rented a few properties and this has by far been the worst experience. Chancellors one and only priority is to take your money once they have it they dont have any urgency to do anything even when they are in breach of a legal document. Im writing this review to warn others so they do not fall into the same trap we have. Even the company thar did our check in said that this is the worse house he has seen in his career and was shocked they have let it in such a state. This has cost our family more time and money than we could of ever expected and all we have got in return is lip service. We are having to seek legal advice and it is honestly our worst nightmare.
Update: After writing this review we are being ignored by the bracknell branch. Our children still have no garden is it still full of glass, we have sent a good few emails over the past 3 weeks with not a single reply.
Really bad service considering they are the ones who are meant to be maintaining the property. Complete lack of communication everything seems to be half hearted at best.
This was meant to be a home for me and ny family and now it has turned into a horror story.
We have been in the property 2 months and they are still in breach of our pre tenancy conditions.

DO NOT rent your property via Chanellors in St Johns Wood.
The agency is a complete shambles. For a exclusive place like St Johns Wood, they do not have an professionalism in their work.
When we wanted to rent the property they were running around like dogs trying tonget the business, once we gave the business to them, they do nit even return your calls or reply to messages.
Its been nearly 1 month since the new tenant has moved in and chancellors still have not paid us, they keep making stories up they have got a system and it will be paid tomorrow and day after and its been processed etc. I have been calling for 3 days and messaging, but get zero response and more excuses.
I understand new systems can have teething problems, but not for 2 weeks.
They can pick the phone and give us regular updates, which they cant be bothered, instead we are begging for our own money, absolutely riddiculous.
They are not collecting the rent for free, they are charging commission, in a few days the next months rent will be due.
Be aware when using this company.
Look at other agencies before giving your property to this company

I have been renting through this company for around seven months. My experience was positive until our hot water boiler completely stopped working. We have now been without hot water for approximately seven weeks.
Before this issue, communication was generally good. However, once this major problem arose, it became extremely difficult to get any meaningful updates. Whenever I contacted the agency, I was simply told that they were “waiting for the landlord to reply.”
When I called, the property manager was often unavailable, either in a meeting, on a break, or out of the office, and I was repeatedly promised a callback. Unfortunately, those callbacks never came. On one occasion, I waited a full week before having to contact them again, only to receive the same promise that someone would call me back.
It has been very disappointing to see such a lack of communication and urgency regarding an essential service like hot water. I understand that some decisions may depend on the landlord, but regular updates and proactive communication should still be expected, especially when tenants are left without hot water for such a long period.

I sold my house and chose Chancellors who were excellent, predominantly led by Aimee who was absolutely outstanding. She went above and beyond in her services where every request was met with a willingness to a help and a can do approach. The whole process was smooth, with good communication and executed with professionalism throughout. Would definitely recommend using Chancellors team. Big thanks to you Aimee for all your help!

Not always been happy with the service that I have received from Chancellors in the past, however, since Lauren C has taken over my account I have found things have moved much more efficiently. Thanks for taking care of thing Lauren.

They are dealing with The Waypoint Maidenhead. I would suggest them not to continue their partnership with this the waypoint maidenhead. Avoid this the waypoint company. Extremely unprofessional, poor communication, and terrible customer service. It has been over a month, and we are still waiting for the return of our holding deposit despite repeatedly chasing them. This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Maedeh Sadooghi, Senior Sales Negotiator at Chancellors Finchley, and I cannot recommend her highly enough.
We found a property that we absolutely loved, and from the very beginning Maedeh went above and beyond to help make the purchase happen. Unfortunately, the transaction did not proceed in the end, but that was certainly not due to a lack of effort on her part. She did everything within her power to try to secure the deal and support us throughout the process.
What impressed me most was her professionalism, responsiveness and exceptional negotiation skills. Every query was dealt with quickly, communication was always clear, and she consistently kept us informed every step of the way. Her level of service was outstanding.
Maedeh's knowledge of Finchley and the surrounding neighbourhoods is second to none. During our viewings, she took the time to show us different areas and gave us valuable local insights that helped us understand the community far better than we could have on our own. As a particularly thoughtful gesture, she even gave me and my young daughter a lift between viewings to make the day easier for us, which was incredibly kind and greatly appreciated.
Throughout the entire process, Maedeh was warm, approachable, knowledgeable and genuinely invested in helping us find the right home. Even though this particular purchase did not work out, I would not hesitate to work with her again and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area.
Thank you, Maedeh, for all your support.
