I was never sent a text message from Cervera Kungsgatan that my item was there. I paid for artikelnummer 112247, Pris 329 but I do not have the ungsformset. If you do not have what i purchased, I want my money back.

Inaccurate stock status few weeks before Christmas
I ordered knives on Nov.27 - at that time, the product was marked as available in stock.
I then received an email on Dec.2 stating that the delivery was delayed due to "high-pressure in the warehouse"... Since then, no news. The knives are now marked as out of stock on Cervera website...
Advice: invest in an inventory system that works!
