Yes, for some reason the connection with the store did not work, but the next day I managed to contact support. It was fast and professional. My order was resent and arrived to me within a day. I ordered a pepper mill. Very happy with the purchase

No updates on Lodge cast iron pan
I had placed order for Lodge cast iron grill pan. I was charged for the same but now it is not in stock, and also cervera is unable to tell me when it will be available. If the pan was not in stock then the website should have been updated. I chose to wait for the pan to restock. Cervera should try to get the pan.
The bbq tongs and spatula are awesome. Very sturdy. Worth the price.

Great packaging
I ordered an item online and picked it up from the shop. Unlike in most other shops, the item was handed to me with no additional packaging which gets thrown away anyway. I was very pleased with that.

I have never received that much wrinkly kitchen towels.
When puts in the box, just throw in and pushed air cushions.
I will never order via online.
It was too terrible.

Quality of product
One of spoon and knife has a big spot, quality of product is not good enough, not recommend buy from websites, seems like product was too old. As well as customer service not good enough. Very disappointed.
