I ordered 2 lifeproof cases: Delivered as expected

I ordered 2 lifeproof cases. They acknowledged my order. They arrived in the mail. They were exactly as requested.

The only hiccup was that they did not send shipping information.

After a week and a half, I sent them an email asking about shipping and they happened to arrive to my home on that same day.

They responded quickly to my email with info that they had been delivered.

Do not do business with this company

I ordered a trackball mouse and they shipped a completely different mouse. I asked them to issue a refund and send me a return label. They expect me to pay money to ship it back to them and have not issued a refund. Stay away from this company!

I paid full new list price for an item…

I paid full new-item list price for an item that is several years out of date, and not even the item I actually ordered. It physically broke in normal use within two weeks of its arrival. It was shipped in a plastic bag, not in anything resembling decent packaging. When I call the phone number given as the customer support number, it's a fax machine. When I emailed "customer support" asking for a replacement or refund, they replied with a tracking number for the defective item that had already been delivered two weeks prior. I'd be happy to be more constructive, but I'm not seeing where to even begin.

Arrived broken. Hard to communicate. Won't give refunds.

Ordered a blue tooth ear piece. It was shipped in a small bubble mailer and arrived broken. SMH. I emailed them and it took a few days for an answer. They wanted a picture for proof it was broken which I sent. Upon looking at the ear piece I didn't think I would like it anyway. It has stretchy band that is going to keep it from laying down over the ear. I asked to return it for a refund. He indicated he would replace it if I sent the broken one back within 7 days. At my expense at that. I again asked for a refund after mailing the broken one back. He refused. Communication is only by email and takes forever. Shady business! I do not recommend!

Scam alert! They will ship you whatever they choose in order to get your money and completely ignore your attempts to return it!

I ordered a Lunar white Fitbit watch for my sisters' birthday. Two days before her party a black watch arrived in a plain box with no markings and no manual. When I emailed 'customer service' the response I got days later was... white is out of stock. That was it, no "I'm sorry about that, let us make it right"...nope nothing. So not only did they knowingly ship me the wrong color now I had no time to order the right color from a different company and get it in timer for her birthday. I sent several emails asking for a return shipping label only to be ignored. When I finally said I would just file a chargeback with my credit card company they responded and said I could exchange it for the pink one. I told them I didn't want the pink one and I no longer needed a watch as her birthday had passed and I had to scramble and buy a different gift. I asked again for the return shipping label, and they said to refuse delivery which isn't possible since I had opened the package. They stopped responding to my emails. This was a lesson learned!!! I will never order from a company I don't recognize without searching for reviews. I hope this helps someone else from making the same mistake. They will ship you anything in order to get your $$$. Absolutely ZERO customer service!!! If I could have given them a ZERO I would have!

I ordered two open ear buds. They used a picture from maps and said they sent my package there. This is my mom's house. Right next to mine. She did not get No package. They will not answer me about this. Very Very awful people. The place need shut down now.

My husband ordered a Alta HR Fitbit for…

My husband ordered a Alta HR Fitbit for me for.Christmas. It came not in original packaging but in a baggie that had no instructions or manual. It will not hold a charge. By the time he gave it to me on Christmas Day their 14 day return policy had expired. I called them and they said to send them an email so they could notify the vendor. I sent the email and minutes later I received a response that “the device was in good working order when shipped” and “we have never had a problem with this unit before” basically told me I was past their 14 day return period and”suggest you contact Fitbit”. I believe the Fitbit was a refurbished one, hence no packaging or manual. This is a crap company who does not disclose that the products are not new. I will never buy from them again and strongly recommend anyone reading this to beware.

Sends wrong items then ignores you

I ordered an item (headphones). The item I ordered wasn't available, so instead of letting me know and asking how I'd like to proceed, they sent an older cheaper model that the specific one I paid for. I immediately requested a refund and a return shipping label. They took several days to get back to me, then said it was close enough. I replied it wasn't what I specifically ordered and paid for. No response from them, just completely ignored.

I Bought 2 Plantronics blutooth ear pieces both don't work have 1 the same thought was good price both take forever to connect then has to be less than 2 feet from phone then can understand nothing thay won't return with out code and refuse to send code just email saying call Plantronics we tested them untrustworthy company do not use or trust selling junk then keep you money

Customer Service is Horrible

Customer Service is Horrible! No way to contact customer service. Had to email on numerous occasions. Tracking # provided but tracking only said that shipping label has been processed. Took over 3 weeks to get the product and paid a high shipping charge

No better than a "rip off" artist

I purchased a Plantronics Bluetooth headset. It was packed in a flimsy plastic bag and shipped via USPS. When it finally arrived, the plastic bag had been destroyed in transit. I did NOT RECEIVE the Bluetooth headset. MULTIPLE attempts to get CellXPo to correct the situation (including complaining to the BBB) failed. DO NOT do business with this company.

Understand you are buying defective product in some way.

Understand that buying from this company means you are buying a used/returned product that is defective in some way. Most importantly, DO NOT expect any sort of support or backing from them. I expected that I was buying a new product and that is not the case. It is best to order products from amazon where problemed items can be easily returned. They will respond to this negative review with a dismissive way stating the fault is mine.

Absolute trash

Absolute trash. Ordered UR Beats earphones and instead I got something that resembles them. They came in drug dime plastic bags, the ear gummies looked like they were cut with scissors, the cables was not flexible, the quality of the sound was trash, and it didn't have a serial number.
