Once again Cellspare customer support agent

Once again Cellspare customer support a agent, call me and treated to me and told me your review is incorrect and delete your review…. Sales spare customer service agent told me after you deleting your review, then we are return your money. but I told this is not my fault. This is your fault, and you compensate me and my money is not return..

These guys really suck

These guys really suck. Avoid at all costs. They just resell cheap knock off parts from China that aren't fit for purpose at all.
And part of my order was never received by me at all despite many reassuring emails. They refuse to respond about a refund. Stay away!

Edit: The reply by CellSpare below is completely false.
I have many emails back and forth with the "company".
Cellspare can check their sent emails on the 15/01/2024 where they informed me "your Order 329159 is Undelivered because Undelivered"... Joke of a company!

Sell damaged product

Sell damaged product. Doesn't work at all. Also take 2 month for shipment meanwhile another product from china take one week.

This is simply a scam company

This is simply a scam company, don't waste your money so many excuses they will never deliver the product just know that the money is lost. The support sucks and they will not reply to your messages on time. If I could give them a zero star I would.

They are simply liars…

They are simply liars who try to take your money any way possible.
Ordered a screen. Didn't receive it on a date when it was supposed to arrive. Emailed them in 2 weeks after the date and asked if they shipped the item. They claimed that it's now being shipped to India from China (once again, it's already two weeks past the delivery deadline and the final destination is in Europe). So i requested to cancel it and do a refund.
They started convincing me that the item is actually will be shipped directly to me instead of India and because of holidays in China it is already impossible to cancel the shipment, which later appeared to be a lie.
The story kept unfolding for over a month with me requesting a refund and them making up more and more excuses to not do it.
Fortunately i ordered it with a credit card, so managed to receive a refund via my bank and MasterCard. Interestingly they tried to make me cancel the refund by threatening to "fight back with all terms".
Will never order here again!

This website sells second hand parts

This website sells second hand parts, and customer care is worst, creates problem instead of solving it, The claim original parts for phones but in reality the sell used parts and if you ask for replacement they will simply refuse, The worst website i have ever ordered from, All the part of the mobile available in their website is used or cheap parts.

Its me who is victim of this website cellspare, as soon as i received the used lcd, I contacted them but the refused to replace the LCD which i should get according to their policy only refund option was given to me stating that i bought the lcd on discount(Clearly you were selling used LCD for Discount), before the purchased i confirmed with them on whatsapp about the lcd being new but they lied, i am attaching whatsapp chat so no customer gets fooled by this website.

Whats a shameless act threatening to take action, instead of apologising and being thankful for not filling consumer complaint again you which i should had, i have all the details to support my review.
