I purchased three iPhone batteries from this fraudulent company. Before placing the order, I contacted them via WhatsApp to ask if shipping batteries to my location would be possible, as I knew battery shipments can sometimes be problematic. They assured me there would be no issues.

So, I went ahead, placed the order, and paid immediately.

At first, I received some strange emails asking for additional payments. Later, I received an email confirming that my order had been accepted and payment received. The estimated delivery time was about 2 months.

I patiently waited for 2 months — and nothing arrived.

I contacted them again via WhatsApp to ask about my package, and only then they told me:
"Sorry, we cannot ship batteries."
It took them two months and my message to inform me — had I not written, I probably would’ve never heard anything from them.

After that, they said they would issue a refund. Again, I received fake emails claiming the refund was approved and payment was made — but I never received any refund or any package.

I ordered an Item which is listed as "In Stock" on their website. Immediately after they received the payment the order changed its status to "complete"

I waited for a few days and asked about shipment and was told 10 days is not the delivery time, its the time to when they ship.

After more than 2 weeks I contacted them again and was again told to wait (This time the warehouse in Hongkong shipped slowly) This repeated till after 1.5 months I had enough.

I offered the service to either provide me proof of shipment now or to refund with a day. Otherwise I would have filed a chargeback on my credit card.

They opted for a refund.

Overall a very bad experience and I wasted 1.5 months waiting for a spare part which I may now never get because its already rare. It is still listed as available within 10 days on their website. If only it would be.

I give 2 stars because their service always responded within less than a day to my inquirys.

I placed order and then waited for 7 days no item dispatched in 7 days when i call them their behaviour was not good at all.
Finally it ended up asking back to them for refund which takes 5-7 days more.

I purchase Motorola Moto g60 battery module for my mobile phone after installation I complete the satisfied with the quality and they delivered me on the time so I recommend to others

Wrong item sent. Full refund now received.

Cellspare are the worst and fake company. I ordered when they had a discount and they don't want to ship my order. They delayed multiple times, they always change the date for dispatching my order. They keep making fake promise and delayed my order as long as they can. Maybe they don't want to ship my order because i purchased it at a low price when there was a discount. They delayed my order so many times so i just asked for refund. This type of company should not exist and should be shutdown. Fake and scam company. See how unprofessional they were by looking their replies at the review of their website.

Purchased a product on cellspare.com, but after the purchase the expected date of delivery changed. When asked, someone named Aman spoke to me from +91 93286 38192 and +91 95122 27147 and was unprofessional with false promises. As the day of delivery came close, I asked for an uodate, nothing was provided, only after constant calls was some update provided which was more delay. I requested a refund which was also something I had to follow up, they spoke to me like they were doing me a favor. My suggestion, unless you want anxiety, delayed responses, someone who takes your money but doesn’t deliver, I suggest you don’t buy from this website. It’s a way to hold your money and return it later (if you’re lucky). Safe to say I received my money back, but very bad experience received.

Update: The team responded stating they've received fake reviews, I am neither writing a fake review nor have I written anything false. Proofs, call recordings and chats are available with me. I had read the reviews before purchasing, but I thought it wouldn't happen with me, unfortunately it did happen with me too, and despite the reviews I went ahead and still became a fool.
Their threatening emails, messages are only to save their bad customer reviews, nothing more.

I had a very BAD experience with cellspare.com

The product took many months to arrive, but the WORST is - the replacement parts are NOT GENUINE!

I can't believe I waited 13 weeks for my spare parts and they are FAKE PARTS!

I cannot use these FAKE parts!

Cellspare refuse to accept they are fake, but they are CLEAR fake - TERRIBLE QUALITY.

13 weeks wasted waiting for the parts and they finally arrive and they are FAKE.

I have to file a chargeback with my bank because Cellspare stopped responding to my emails and will not refund my money.

AVOID CELLSPARE!!!

This company is a terrible fraud!

The shipping is very very looooooong - takes 3-4 months to receive your items.

When items arrive - they are FAKE!

Very bad service, I've been waiting over 8 weeks 2 months for my order and still no update.

Cellspare repeatedly promises delivery and the promises are never fulfilled, weeks and weeks pass and there is no order in sight, just more false, unfulfilled promises.

I think I will request a refund.

UPDATE: After 3 months I received my products and I'm extremely unhappy to see that the products are TOTALLY FAKE.

I have been emailing cellspare for the past 10 days and they IGNORE MY EMAILS.

I paid with bank card and I have no opportunity to file a chargeback.

I have lost my money and months of time, cellspare has STOLEN from me.

AVOID THIS HORRENDOUS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!

Best place to order mobile parts. My order was handled swiftly and was delivered before my expectation. Customer care in trained well to answer queries from customers. Would highly recommend.

I ordered a Mi 14 display through the official web portal. Initially, they promised dispatch within one day. After payment, the timeline was changed to 5–7 days, then extended to 10 days.

When I requested a refund, they asked me to wait another 3 days, and now it’s back to 10 days. This has been a completely misleading and frustrating experience.

I am now registering a complaint on the consumer portal and with the police.

I bougth lcd screen from them. they did not ship it in 10 days and i asked refund. this time they said it will be refunded in 3 days. But they refunded after 12 days when i wrote here. but head of department is kindly tried to resolve the problem.

I had been searching for an original OnePlus 7T display for quite some time. Most websites and offline stores offered it for ₹10K to ₹16K — almost the cost of a refurbished 7T, considering its age. This left me torn between letting go of my phone or spending extra to revive it. That’s when I came across Cellspare, offering the original display for ₹6K. I was skeptical at first, since plenty of third-party displays have thick bezels and inferior quality, so I reached out to their customer service team to confirm its authenticity.

Mr. Aman from Cellspare was incredibly helpful and reassured me multiple times, from placing the order to its delivery, that I would receive a genuine display. The delivery took around a month (28 days) because the display was imported from the original manufacturer (this wasn’t initially mentioned but was clarified when I inquired). When it finally arrived, I was thrilled to see it was indeed original, with thin bezels and 90Hz support. Thanks to Cellspare, my OnePlus 7T is now as good as new!

Bought a LCD Screen Replacement in July 2024 for a HTC, website said it in stock, even today it says its in stock, 5 months later after constant emails etc always the same answer issues in Hong Kong.

Was offered a Refund but I said I would wait but I did not trust them and I asked for refund after 5 months, 7 weeks later, no refund, they always say its been processed. Then they tried to blackmail me by saying if I would only get my refund if I removed the negative feedback I placed here but all is truthful. I have all their emails.

They did refund me but it was less and I said they have to cover the fees I was charged now MasterCard will deal with it.

After i bought a motherboard (brand new) for my poco x3 pro, i found that it wasn't new and was unofficial version. After i contact them they say to send it back and that i have to pay the cost of returning even it wasn't my mistake that the motherboard wasn't new and official. Bad seller and not trusted. They told me to send it back and i have to wait other 2-3 months to receive it back. And for refund no talk. Never again any transaction with this shop.
