Had an issue with part of my delivery…
Had an issue with part of my delivery not arriving. I called the office late afternoon and explained that the project I was working on had strict deadlines and was concerned this would cause delays. The lady I spoke with was very helpful she found out part of the order was badly bent so courier company didn’t deliver that to the goods in department and had yet to inform ceiling tiles. She sent out a replacement and it was on site at 8a.m the next day. Mistakes happen but I do appreciate how they took my deadline on board and how quickly the issue was resolved. Thank you

I contacted ceiling tiles uk regarding damaged tiles, and they responded immediately. A lady called Lisa kidgell couldn’t have been more helpful. She dealt with the matter quickly, efficiently and professionally making the process completely stress free.

Very helpful and quick to respond
The ceiling tiles I ordered arrived with one pack damaged in transit. I emailed them and had a quick response resulting in the replacement pack being dispatched and delivered next day. Very pleased with the communication from the team and the follow up emails and calls. Would definitely use them again.
I cannot comment on the quality of the tiles as I am yet to use them but they were as described.

From start to finish the service has been outstanding. I had 7 offices to fit new grids & tiles in and not a clue where to start for the most cost effective order. The team took my measurements and worked out exactly how much material I needed and it cost considerably less than I was expecting! They even drew up a project plan to show me exactly where each piece goes and how many pieces needed per office & where to add the ceiling hangers!
I was short by a few pieces and as the project was underway they understood the urgency so with no quibble they have arranged a next day delivery so I can get the job completed on time at no charge.
I've spoken with many members of the team and each one has been incredibly helpful.
The products are great quality & value and really easy to put together.
I seldom write reviews but I'm seriously impressed by the level of customer care I've received. Thank you!

Customer service from your team was excellent.
The driver that delivered the tiles was also helpfull and excellent.
Unfortunately the driver that delivered the frame and lights was rude.
He threw the box containing the lights from the back of his van several metres onto my driveway. Both of the lights have a crushed corner and one of them had the frame bent also. Fortunately they do work.
The customer service team again excellent arranged to replace the lights immediately.

The way deliveries should be done
The way our delivery was packed is by far far the best we have experienced for this type of product. Top and corner protection, wrapped and secure. The delivery driver was polite and extremely helpful, bringing our delivery on a pallet truck right in through the door, he is a credit to his company.

I initially had an issue with the…
I initially had an issue with the delivery date, as the website was not very clear and the expected delivery was later than I had anticipated.
However, after contacting Ceiling Tiles UK, Alex looked into it straight away and arranged an alternative courier delivery for the following day at no extra cost. He also kept me updated throughout the process.
The order arrived safely and everything was resolved quickly and professionally.
