£60 delivery charge and had better deliveries for free
Recieved delivery od goods today and at £60 delivery for 22 noise breaker ceiling tiles at nearly £10 each im shocked.
The tiles were in a pallet in a white van so didn't get to see it the driver cut the original packaging and handed me the tiles in 2 batches. Not allowing me to review before driving off or getting my signature upon review the majority are marked, scratched or ripped. For the price paid especially the £60 for delivery i expect care and prestige delivery, but instead look as they they have been shipped straight from a building site for free.
I've contacted them for a refund or new tiles as the state they are in 5 are maybe unmarked and usable, though im.not holding my breath due to not having original packaging or pallet despite no fault of my own.
**update** After raising my issue they advised this was a delivery company they haven't used before which was fair. They swiftesly responded and happily refunded me the delivery charge and 10% of my order value as a gesture of goodwill. Though the delivery was problematic I cant speak more highly of the after care and support provided to give a suitable resolution.
