Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Looking at 178 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. People are deeply frustrated because there is no valid phone number or working email address available to easily reach out for customer assistance. Consumers find it completely impossible to contact the business directly, because online links only direct users straight to a payment portal. Some reviewers were not happy with the confusing appeal process, noting that penalty amounts quickly escalate while trying to resolve disputes. Many customers also mentioned receiving unexpected parking charges without any prior notice whatsoever, making it extremely difficult to handle payments fairly and resolve issues.

Crooks.

Crooks.

Three parties parked at the Great Hallingbury Manor Hotel, all showing permits on the dashboard provided by the hotel reception.

Each of us received parking fine notices in the post the following week. We had kept our dashboard tickets and provided them as evidence clearly showing the dates of the alleged offence were permitted by the hotel.

Civil Enforcement rejected the irrefutable evidence and offered a quick resolution for £20 - crooks.

We involved the hotel and a friendly solicitors letter.

Civil Enforcement immediately backed down.

Crooks.

Just found the ticket in the car now,one small error put a registration number in twice, but obvious belonged to my car.
Trying g to send them a photo shot but the only email is for payment or appeals.
Not really surprised.

I received a fine from them for £100

I received a fine from them for £100, I appealed with evidence of my payment. They then rejected my appeal, and reduced the amount payable to £20 (originally £60 if I paid within 14 days), I resubmitted my appeal stating they I rejected their offer and further stated that their amended offer was clear evidence of their lack of confidence in their case. Dont give in to them

Scam company peeling on tourists

Total tourist trap. No visible signs, no pay machine anywhere around, and absolutely no clear instructions. Then they send you a £100 fine with no real chance to appeal. This is nothing but a scam operation.

Companies like this are scumbags in suits and should be banned from operating. Shame on the system that allows this kind of legalised robbery.

PCN issued to me more 2 months after the 'violation'

I had to cave in because I can't find evidence of payment for parking on 5th May (PCN issued 4th July!). It's a car park I regularly use and am aware of the charges so never even enter unless I intend to pay. The charges are impacting on local businesses - it's a small village with many retired people; the car park seems to do well at the expense of long-standing commerce. Their website then has the audacity to offer to save my card details!
:( Very bloody unhappy!

scammers or petty clock watchers

scammers or petty clock watchers, i paid for a ticket, i have the banking details to prove i paid for it. If i over -ran it wouldn't have been by much cos it was a ticket valid for at least 4 hours, and the event i was at didn't over-run.

Civil Enforcement a parking enforcement company that may be using CCTV or ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) to issue fines, even when guests at my Mother's retirement village, have signed in properly. This is a common complaint among residents in FirstPort-managed properties

My son received a parking ticket from this company it showed a Silver Micra going into the car park & my Son's car a Black Corsa coming out. How ridiculous obviously they don't check these things before sending them out. Luckily he's got proof of payment but can't see the PCN being upheld anyway with the wrong information on, they are meant to be factually correct.

Scam company. They don’t care about anything except taking your money. They don’t analyse any case, they just force you to pay and that’s it. Scammers!

A horrendous money making company who has an “appeals” process that clearly don’t look at the evidence, I even sent the transaction proof of a 2 hr stay provided, and they still declined my appeal, avoid their car parks at all costs, Lean Gate QMC hospital in Nottingham was the one I used.

SCAMMERS I used a carpark they control in Tonbridge Kent on may the 25th for a couple of hours just to go for a meal, we used their phone and pay service and went through all the procedures giving bank details and stated what time we would leave, then the call ended, we noticed that all that went out of our account was 1p which we thought was odd and now they're chasing us for a parking charge for their mistake, absolute con people.

There is little point of leaving a review here as this company does not need to attract customers, nor do they even bother to read the reviews in order to improve.

My employee received a PCN for not entering a number plate in their console as it was broken at the time. They (C E) were aware it was broken and had also emailed the Care Home (who own the car park) to promise not to issue PCNs while the console was out of order.

Don't expect any kind of customer service as you are not their customer, you (we) are just victims to be robbed by a bunch of crooks masquerading as a legitimate business. All these car park companies are the same, scum basically.

Terrible company .

Terrible company .
No way to contact them via phone other than to pay the fine , you can appeal but only twice, i did appeal twice and included evidence of my granddaughters appointment, and my neurodivergence’s i then received a letter offering me to pay 20.00 which i did immediately and it then stated balance 0.00 to then receive a letter the well after stating i must pay 140.00 immediately and if i don’t it will escalate to 170.00 !
I have found there office email and legal team in reddit emailed them the proof of the offer and payments and had zero response as yet .

scammers

Even though I entered my registration on the screen, they still sent me a fine. Luckily for me but not for them, I took a photo of this otherwise I wouldn't have had proof. I think this is a scam because how many people take a photo and just trust that it worked. I appealed successfully but they shouldn't have sent a fine in the first place.

SCAMMING COMPANY

SCAMMING
Have a carpark linked to a NHS building with little to no signage and got a £60 for a 20 minute medical emergency appointment. They like to not have clear signage and seem to have carparks in places to catch people out. IE, CAREHOMES, DOCTORS ETC. Lowest of the low company

This company should not be operating…

This company should not be operating legally. There is no way to contact them other than to pay or appeal, but if you appeal and they deny it, you pay the £100, regardless of when the appeal was made. In the FAQ it says to contact them if you can’t afford to pay. But there’s no way to do that! I used the appeal link to ask for a payment plan and submitted proof of benefits. I received a response within a couple days for me to submit proof I was using the leisure centre, but again there was no way to submit it. After 14 days I got a reply that they didn’t receive that and that they wouldn’t offer me a payment plan ‘at this stage of the process’. But, offered me to pay the £60 instead of the now £100. I couldn’t take the stress and paid the £60. I took photos and printed the receipt. Disgraceful
