Bad casino!
First of all, before the annual tournament, they do not publish details about the tournaments (structure, blinds, quantities, days). They don't even advertise on the website which tournament the satellite tournament leads to...
I sent them an email, and they replied after a day that all the information was on the website, When I took a screenshot and sent them that there was no information on the website, they ignored the emails and did not reply to me until today.
The casino itself requires money for entry and for anything that moves there (a Coke will cost 52 KR).
The management of the tournament is quite amateurish, and this is after they hold an annual tournament every September and more intermediate tournaments in the summer months.
Their attitude to their customers is simply disgraceful; they do not share important information and do not care about the player's well-being.
In addition, their management is shocking. On the day of a poker tournament on the second floor, when there is a break, and 400 people go out for 20 minutes, some do not smoke and ask to bet at the blackjack or ultimate tables, but to my great surprise, only one table was active and completely full, I asked the floor manager to open another table, but she said she didn't have enough dealers. I just don't understand how it is possible to prepare in such a lousy way for tournaments in this casino and how they are not focused on making money and providing service.
I really do not recommend this casino to anyone. All over the world, a casino respects its customers and their money in Copenhagen - no.

Pity, one cant give zero stars as they don't deserve any better at all.
Here is why.. entrance fee plus cloakroom is about $20 a day.
bar belongs to hotel.. so they even don't have a bar..
staff is so unpolite and unprofessional that they hassle you constantly
about tips.. thought that begging is illegal In Denmark..

I only go there for poker. They have a lot of different tournaments and very nice atmosphere when entering.
