It was an entirely positive experience dealing with these guys - particularly Matt. Yes, my initial quote was downgraded somewhat, but they explained in detail why and I feel they were transparent and very fair. Once price was agreed, I was paid same day. So, I'd be happy to use again.

I Received my postage label, sent to C4M and 2 day slater received an email confirming it had been delivered and was now being assessed. Another case of: all arranged, all packaged up, they didn't show up, sent an email saying they are overstocked with the particular model (Mac Pro 5,1).

I understand that it's not easy to update the website, I hope they understand that the low scores are justified and will keep getting them.

Agreed price, received label, then nothing.

No collection on agreed date, no response to emails, a contact number that had its mailbox already full, so I guess I was not the only one chasing them.

Like others - got a decent quote, they even sent me a postage label and arranged collection date. I therefore boxed the item, printed label, arranged for someone to be at home, and missed out on a good Ebay offer for no selling fees thinking cash4mac would be a reliable and genuine company. Later received an email saying they're not buying this model and are updating 2023 prices, yet I can still go on their site and they accept it and quote me the same price for it! Very disappointed, untrustworthy company in my opinion so would avoid.

Like another low rated review i got a very good quote, an email with a note to accompany my mac but then nothing. After fruitless attempts by phone to contact the company i sent an email asking what was happening? A reply came back quickly stating they were no longer buying. i don't think anything would have been done if i hadn't initiated contact. All in all a disappointing experience.

Easy, seamless transaction. I decided to sell my iMac through cash4mac as they were the best quoted price around. They organised a pick up within a couple of days and recieved an email the next day to say they had recieved it. Testing took 3 days and they paid the full quoted amount into my account the next day. Would definitely use this service again.
