Customer service 1/5: no communication from the company. Delayed delivery which I had to chase three times and the email responses were not helpful. Took the 2nd half of my payment then requested it 2 days later claiming I hadnt paid. Emailed a complaint and no response

We spent ages looking for a good quality garden furniture set and my partner insisted it included a fire pit table. I spent ages trying to find the perfect set on multiple websites and when I came across Casa Maria the first thing that shocked me was the price. Other retailers were charging the same and similar prices for products that were frankly of much poorer quality. The set we decided on was the Porto aluminium set. We were blown away by the quality of the set itself, the cushions are super thick, comfy and water resistant, the back of the seats are nice and high and supports an actual adult unlike some sets you find, and the service and delivery was exceptional. The free included rain cover is good quality too and a nice added extra, and we've used it nearly every evening for dinners with the family and it's been splendid.
When I ordered the unit I was told to expect it for the following week which was fine, only to then be rang to say they could get it to me before the weekend (which was perfect as it was a bank holiday too!). The delivery company (separate from Casa Maria) told me they could add it to Thursday's delivery but unexpected circumstances meant it came on the Friday instead, but this was fine and I was kept in touch with every step. The delivery driver was also very helpful. I have literally zero faults with Casa Maria and the furniture we purchased and look forward to shopping with them again in the near future!

Never before assembled anything ,and although took me longer to put together, I had no problems following the instructions .
The product and the quality lived up to expectations from the photos and description given.

Ordering was easy and delivery was very quick, however it is not really ‘luxury’ as in the cushions are very flat, when you lean back on them they deflate very quickly and as they are waterproof they are shiny and not very good quality.
It would also be really useful to hand out more than one Allen key, we lost it a couple of times in the structure whilst we were building it and also more than one key would allow a few people to work on putting it together.
Not altogether disappointed but just a bit deflated as I thought the quality would be of a much higher standard.

Casa Maria went out of their way to deliver our furniture earlier than scheduled as they knew we had great weather and wanted us to enjoy being outside using it. 5 stars for great customer service. Delivered with care and kept up to date of the time of delivery.
And the furniture is better than we expected and really comfortable. So glad we ordered from Casa Maria.

From ordering to delivery a first class service. I needed to contact between ordering and delivery and my question was answered very promptly by email. The garden set is of a very good quality and is being enjoyed by all our family. I looked for a long time trying to get a corner unit and consider myself lucky to find Casa Maria.

From ordering online, to delivery, Casa Maria have been excellent. Communication was quick, customer service excellent and we love our patio set and fire pit. Always a worry ordering large products online, but we chose the right company. When we did need their help with something following delivery, they were right there to help and support us. Very happy with the whole process and loving our garden furniture.

But I can not express enough this is not a easy construction I would advise paying for the build of it unfortunately we couldn’t as was taking it to out villa in Spain

Order of a outdoor sofa + fire pit, item keeps getting pushed back, 1st date was mid July, then it was end of July now told today possible August - getting exact infomation out of Casa Maria is frustrating and disappointing

We recently purchased the 3x6 pergola with the installation service, and we couldn't be happier with the whole experience.

Casa Maria was transparent about the delivery timeframe and provided an estimated delivery date. Although the delivery took five days longer than originally estimated, they kept me informed throughout the process with regular updates. The furniture arrived on the revised delivery date as communicated, and the delivery person was friendly and professional.

Delivery was on time and was kept informed of when they would arrive the products are really good quality if I had one moan it would be the cushions aren’t as soft as the garden set a bit hard

Still not received our pergola, it was due weeks ago, lack of communication to say when it will be delivered.
Update, phone call received to book in our delivery and installation with an apology for delay. Clear delivery details and thankfully only the following week.
