No help whatsoever. There's no need for me to even explain my review, there are so many others who have already said the same thing I'm going through with my so-called warranty. Very sad.

Pathetic
Pathetic. Would not replace a transfer case unless dealership tore it down. Dealership explained to me that tearing it down was not necessary and any mechanic would know this. Transfer case was one of the few items supposedly covered without question.
My 2007 Audi needed a camshaft…
My 2007 Audi needed a camshaft replacement. Took it to our local Audi dealership....who told me that they hate working with these people, as it is always a horror show. Wouldn't even approve the repair until the parts were removed from the vehicle (at our expense) and photos were sent to them to 'review'. Took weeks to get something done that could/should have been done in a few days. Ended up costing me $1,500. If I could get out of this rip-off scam of a service contract, I would in a heartbeat.
They really don't even deserve the one star rating..........
Much better
I have a couple of issues. They want me to use rock auto to get parts. No one in my area buys parts from there. Labor says 2 hours for the part. They say 1 hour. Total wrong don’t purchase and waste your money. Sorry that my 17 year old got screwed on this warranty.
Update. My 17 year old called today and after he called and discussed with the guy part of the repairs will be fixed at my local shop with the prices quoted. Hopefully if I have another repair while owning this vehicle I will be able to trust and be able to fix with my deductible. We will see.
Ponzi Scheme of a Company
Stay away from this extended warranty company they are garbage when it comes time to file a claim they will do anything not to pay a claim and leave you with the choice to pay for the repair yourself or take your car, if you then want to cancel they will not give a refund so they are in fact stealing peoples money for a non existent warranty that is worthless. A class action lawsuit should be brought by anyone who purchased this.
not good coverage, not good service
this company sucks for a 250 tow they pay 50/ for drive shaft 550 they pay 271 minus 200 deductive only 71 what kind of service is that, I wouldn't buy this service again or recommended any friend to use it.not good my friend .

The reps are rude and it takes so much for you to use what you spend thousands of dollars for.
If I could rate this company at a zero…
If I could rate this company at a zero I would do it. My vehicle has been in a qualified Chevrolet dealerships possession for almost a month waiting on a used transmission to be placed in my car. You'll be better off just to foot the bill yourself than the deal with the aggravation of this company! There have been local repair shops that refused to even participate with this protection company because of the BS they have to go through. My lesson is learned and I will never use them again!!
Was sold this extended warranty $1500…
Was sold this extended warranty $1500 for 2 yrs. when I purchased a 2012 GMC Acadia on September 13, 2018 from DMV Auto in Stafford, VA. IS NOT WORTH THE PAPER IT IS PRINTED ON! A SCAM! Will NOT even pay the towing (up to $50...really?) or the 1 hour diagnostic (up to $100). Garage spoke to them several times & tried to talk sense into them. They say my issue not covered, won't pay towing or diagnostic because problem not covered. Was told when I purchased extended warranty EVERYTHING COVERED BUMPER TO BUMPER! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!
Need to have 100% coverages
A bunch of Garbage
Funny I spent 2000 to buy protection plus and there is no mechanic in a 75 mile radius that will even consider fixing our vehicle thru you. There all said the same thing, you send them junk parts and expect them to work a miracle with what you provide then don't pay them when the customer is not satisfied with the repair so they don't even consider using your warranty. I only gave you a 1 star rating because the app won't allow a 0 star rating.
Very crappy service
I had a used car I bought and bought the protection plan and within less than a month my transfer case went out. So I took it to a shop. The inspector they sent out said not covered because of sludge. For one the inspector thought a transfer case had coolant lines and for two the sludge could have been caused when the transfer case overheated. But to send an inspector out that seems to absolutely know nothing about a car is ridiculous! I will never be recommending this warranty company to anybody!

I wouldn't even give one star if none was an option. Paid for a warranty and when my car messed up shortly after they refused to fix it claiming my car had issues before i bought the warranty. They stole my money basically. Fraudulent company that is nothing but theives. STAY AWAY!!!!
