Considerate, pleasant and professional staff. Car in excellant condition

Excellent service - all documentation was clear with directions for car collection, phone numbers in case of delay or other emergency. There were no hidden extras. I was particularly impressed with the return reminder email, complete with photos as to what to check and what was expected on return. Would definitely use Carrentals.co.uk again and will recommend to friends and family

Easy to use site, cheap rentals, the site has good advice on the insurance excess insurance, it's all good.

Terrible, booked rental for Munich airport pickup, for use in Germany and Austria. Arrived, car rental company Flexi Munich Airport not present in Airport, and not allow car usage in Austria and not open 24hours. Rental company fined me for using car in Austria event was booked specifically for that use vi CarRentals. Will never use this website again, terrible service!

Pick up and return hassle free. Good hire car for the money.

Really efficient booking/ pick up, no queue. I think the car was an up grade on the car booked, so good value for money.
Only improvement would be better signage coming out of lanzarote Airport building to show that all the rentals were the very far side of the car park.

1. Issues with Enterprise and the response was that it was all down to what enterprise were willing to do
2. Failure to offer a full refund when Enterprise tried to charge us or provide a downgraded vehicle

I think that its Carrentals responsibility to deal with Enterprise and provide what we have booked. If they dont have it they have to provide an upgrade free of charge.

Quick and easy booking. Best price and good service.

I booked a car with their "worry free" guarantee, and have tried to make a claim. They have not responded in 6 months, despite numerous attempts. There is no way to contact them directly - no phone number or chat function. Only an online form or email which they do not reply to. Basically a scam which has left me £100s out of pocket.

I have used carrentals.co.uk for many years for all my car rentals around the world, and have consistently had a good experience with reliable, trustworthy rentals. I use Carrentals.co.uk most commonly as a foreigner renting cars in the USA because it provides inexpensive options for all-inclusive insurance cover and options for additional services (e.g. one-way surcharge), so I have never been stung with any surprises or extra fees by the notorious car rental companies.
They make the booking process with car rental companies easy and painless (which is a real achievement given how terrible and outdated these car rental companies can be to deal with directly!).
