I ordered an item online over a week ago, and it still hasn't been delivered. I've called daily for updates, but they always promise a callback that never comes. After insisting to speak with a manager, Mr. Marwan Mohammed Malikere finally contacted me. Instead of offering a solution to retain me as a customer, he suggested I cancel my order for a refund. He mentioned it would be handled next week, which is incredibly frustrating. The previous agents, Mr. Ahmed Samir and Ms. Angelica Adalla, were unhelpful as well.

Over the last few weeks I've had more than one experience of being charged the wrong price at the cash register (higher price of course), the last of which was last night.
I discovered the error after I got home, so I went back to the store to correct the error and get a refund.
After waiting for what seemed to be an eternity, a manager came and asked what the issue was.
I explained, and she treated me like a criminal.
They were short on staff, so she became a cashier and helped three other people pay until I complained.
She gave me a refund without saying a single word of apology!
When I asked her if she realized her system had the wrong price, she started to say "no that is the updated price," obviously without doing any investigation.
I just left because it wasn't worth my time to argue with her.

The experience should not have even a star. I had an interaction with the scan and go assistant Desouki where I asked him if the items (cart is almost full) can be placed in the box. He said “yes” so I was expecting that the items will be boxed after purchasing. Just to let you know it’s our monthly office supplies. End of story, what happened no box was given to me and they were offering an LBC box which costs 15AED which not a problem but how Desouki assists his customer is like very inhumane given that he is talking to a lady, or maybe because I am Asian? He shouted at me and talking back like “do you want to take a picture of me or my name? go ahead!”~as per Desouki. Then I told the Manager Hanane about it and said that its Desouki’s last day that’s why he is like that. I asked her for the feedback platform and said that it’s fine i will log your complaint then she left.
Carrefour being under Majid Al Futtaim should have a training from the Manager to their staff. The response of Desouki and Hanane is worthless. NO HUMANITY

If there was an option for zero stars it would be selected. I placed an order for home appliance scheduled for delivery. The application does not have a tracking function working and they do not send any updates regarding the order, on the day of delivery I called the “customer care” hotline and simply asked if the item was being delivered today. They claimed someone would call me (no one called). I had to call a further 2 times for someone to follow up with my simple request. I was advised apparently dealing with hundreds of request and I needed to wait my turn, eventually they advised it was being delivered before 10pm. 10pm arrived and my item was not delivered. Called the following day asking to speak to a manager, “customer service” advised “we will need to see if they are fee to speak to you”. After 20 minutes the seller of the appliance contacted me and advised the item had been discontinued, which was strange because carrefour customer care had advised it was out for delivery the previous day. They apologised and refunded the amount. Carrefour “customer care” called advising the same and had no response to why they informed me the previous day the item was going to be delivered. The stated they would be investigating (I’m not sure how that was going to help the situation) I advised how their customer service was unacceptable, so they claimed they would offer me share points to the value of 50 dirhams. When I advised I do not have a share app, they had the audacity to asked me to download it! Needless to say I declined and to that they just said sorry and call was ended. Later on a I received an email from carrefour, they claimed that they had attempted delivery but could not reach me and they were cancelling the order! Absolutely laughable, communication is truly awful. DO NOT BUY anything online from carrefour, if you want something done it’s better to do it yourself. Thanks for the terrible experience.

I visited Carrefour Sharjah Matajer Al Khan on August 30th at around 9 PM, hoping to buy some chicken from the butchery section. However, we ended up waiting for 15 minutes with no assistance. When we finally asked a staff member named Salem about the situation, his response was incredibly disappointing. He informed us, quite rudely, that the butcher wouldn’t be available until 7 AM the next day.
The attitude of the staff, especially Salem, was unacceptable and left a negative impression. As a regular customer, I expect better service and a more helpful attitude from the employees. Very disappointed with this experience.
