Rude and lack of respect

Very bad service the staff was irrespective they throw all my staff on the counter without putting in bag and they passed to another customer what caused damaging my purchasing I tried to put by myself and all my hands and clothes get dirty coz the staff I bought got opened as the cashier was throwing it hardly on the counter when I asked why you did that they ignored me in a very rude way and they turn their head that was irrespective and unprofessional behavior never ever was treated in that way I don’t know how you are having this kind of people in Marina store

Needs to be a zero star

Needs to be a zero star - shocking after sale service no responsibility taken for their products they sell just refers you to 3 rd party seller.
Everyone should really reconsider if they going to buy any sort appliance or major purchase from them

It was very bad experience in carrefour…

It was very bad experience in carrefour yas mall.iget product in sale items and on cashiers it showed non sale .the time to check it or to conceal has to be approved by supervisor who let me wai and other guest more than 15min and when she come she didn’t finish the transaction and she left .the cashier try to get other supervisor to finish issue .also the staff has checked the price of the product was not on sale but in the shelf of the sale product
Finishing without presenting any excuses.it make my day very bad

Extremely Disappointed with Delayed Delivery and Poor Communication

I was extremely disappointed with my recent experience. According to the app tracker, my delivery was scheduled to arrive today, but it never did—and I received no notification or explanation for the delay. This lack of communication not only caused significant inconvenience but also incurred extra expenses for me. When I contacted customer service, the representative was unhelpful and simply stated that nothing could be done about the situation. I expected much better service and reliability, and this experience has left me very reluctant to order from Carrefour again.

All the items I received are all wrong

All the items I received are all wrong! The receipt attached to the bag is under my name and the items listed are the correct items I ordered but inside the bag, all the items are NOT the same as what I have ordered. I did complain few months ago about their service but I did not receive any update. I thought they will improve. Instead, their service became REALLY POOR! I HOPE THIS TIME MY COMPLAINT WILL BE HEARD AND ACTIONS WILL BE TAKEN, otherwise it only means one thing. THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT THE MONEY and NOT about their CUSTOMERS. I DONT KNOW WHAT KIND OF TRAINING YOU ARE DOING WITH YOUR STAFFS! THE MANAGEMENT SHOULD DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!

Absolutely horrific experience with…

Absolutely horrific experience with them .

I have purchased a brand new 85inch tv , they are using Doctor TV as seller ,

Unfortunately I had to leave from home as soon as they delivered the tv and I did not open the box .

Later at night I have opened the box to find that the Tv was not new , also had a LED strip attached to the back showing it was a showroom tv , remote control missing , and on top of that the screen is damaged .

Later to realise that is also the wrong model number .

Yes is my fault I didn’t checked properly upon Dellivery , but the Dellivery agent knew I was in a rush and I am pretty sure they took advantage of this to scam me .

1 week has passed and I have no reaolve from them as they are keep saiyng “they have delivered a brand new tv in the box “

How in the world I can see that tv is not damaged unless I open the box and plug it in .

Be careful before ordering as they as scamming customers .

I won’t let this go ,

Awful experience

Awful experience. I bought some Shokz headphones which became faulty after 5 months. I informed Carrefour and a courier turned up to collect the item (without any notice this was happening) a few days later. Nearly four weeks later, the item has not been refunded or repaired and Carrefour customer service just says we will inform "the seller" and get back to you (which a week later they haven't done despite multiple chasers).

The WhatsApp customer service is an incredibly painful and time consuming experience with gaps of 10 mins in between their responses and a suggestion of informing the seller (despite the fact that they are the seller and I have no contract with anyone other than Carrefour).

Expired fish for the second time. They cheat with the date

Hello everyone
Carrefour has deceived me again 😤
I thought I would cook fish for dinner, I went to the store, chose, but no luck! It says: produced today, but the smell is as if it had been lying around for a week. It really stinks. I had to throw it away. It's a waste of money.
Carrefour is a complete disappointment. Even in Russia there is no such disgrace as here in the UAE. And this is not the first time. If you travel, do not go to this store in any country in the world. It is bad everywhere, I checked. It is better to order delivery than to buy in this store. Today I preferred to be hungry than poisoned 🥴

POOR COORDINATION WITH THE COURIER

I used this app many times to buy groceries and it's good so far. But when I ordered a luggage trolley because I don't have cash to buy and from online shopping I can pay by Tabby. When I found out that they are using IMILE for the delivery, I was like oh no, this will be a mess. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE BAD REVIEWS OF THIS COURIER SERVICE. I called your customer service just to checked with them about my order hoping maybe if you call their attention they will prioritise my request. Unfortunately your customer service said its out of your jurisdiction. Like WOW... seems you don't care if your parcels are delivered accordingly on the said date you stated. STOP USING IMILE BECAUSE THAT COMPANY NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN FOR THEIR NEGLIGENCE AND YOU ARE BEING PULLED DOWN AND YOU DON'T SEEM TO CARE

Don't buy package items

I bought sukri date from your Carrefour supermarket branch ibn batuta.. date 30 th Dec 2024 and I really disappoint after coming home because the packaging is nice but after I open the box the dates are broken also and some types of fungas also I can see so be careful don't play with the health of customer's...

Worst online Service ever

shopping experiebce in my life , very bad service received opened item and not working and they are refusing to exchange . Very slow response to concerns .
I bought a laptop from carrefour online ( Best Buy ) and initially didnt get the pen with the laptop then I got a pen not working or charging then I got a used pen . They took the used pen abd since 2 months I didnt get my pen which I paid for .
Very unsatisfied and I will make sure everyone else knows about this bad service

Appalling and unacceptable service

I ordered a gaming monitor for my son as a Christmas present. I trusted that the correct item was sent as it was an expensive item and gift wrapped it. On Christmas Day when my son opened the gift we realized it was a normal desktop monitor and was not what I paid for.
I called them and they were quick to come and collect the incorrect item and stated the correct item will be delivered in 48 hours.
Nearly 6 days down the line, nothing.
I have been calling 2 to 3 times a day and they give me the same story. They are following up and they have no response from the seller ect. My poor son has not had a gift for Christmas and is very disappointed and sad. I feel as if I have been scammed and no one is doing anything about it. Absolutely shocking and unacceptable. Never expected such poor and appalling service from carrefour.

Worst Customer service and delivery…

Worst Customer service and delivery guys are so reluctant, delivered rotten fruits before and almost refused to take them , today they delivered broken eggs asked them to return the driver promised to bring them back since he also witnessed it but he never came back , contacted customer care told me they can’t do anything without proof and they can’t contact the delivery person….. they want to work but it doesn’t favor any commercial company… please try to Change ur approach to such issues we pay money since we need the items not because we want waste

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service. I bought a TCL TV; there seems to be a software problem, where it restarts contiuously. Carrefour is supposed to send the job to the dealer Eros, but no ticket was logged and no response from Carrefour even after 3 days.
