Technical issues with their website meant i was charged and sent 3 phones instead of 1, I phoned the next morning to be told it was too late and i'd have to return them. Trying to return these items was a nightmare, technical issues in stores and no free postage offered online meant i had to source my own return delivery. multiple emails back and forth and still no closer to a refund for the phones or postage, i've lost all confidence in this company and no idea if i will ever see my refund. words cannot express how disappointed i am, I will never order from this company again and will actively discourage anyone i know from doing the same.

I was phoned by carphone warehouse or currys now. offered a new contract a week a go went to the store to pick my new phone up only to be told to phone sales. I was on the phone for 90 mins trying to sort the problem out only to be told it was cancelled. No apology nothing but rude people on the phone and i mean rude i even said to the last guy hurry up put the phone down so i can leave feedback on how rude he was and did not put the phone down after the call to stop me i waited 20mins.

I recently sent my mobile to Carphone Warehouse Trade In, using them as they were a reputable company rather than an unknown. They received my phone, acknowledged this and advised they issued payment, which I have never received in my account. I have tried to contact several times, often waiting over an hour on hold only for the person to answer to hang up. Carphone Warehouse still owe me £300 and I have no email address to write to, no way of contacting and no answer. Do not trade in your phone here, they have essentially stolen my phone by not paying for it

Probably one of the most dishonest, horrible companies on the planet. They take you money and then you are invisible, disgraceful attitude!!!
When they offer money back on purchases via Top cashback UK, I paid in full for my phone then they refuse to honour the agreement!!!!!!!!!
I will be voting with my feet!!!!

Sold a contract a few years ago now and tried to get it unlocked. They have refused to unlock it saying they can't and to get to the carrier yet because it was taken out at carphone warehouse the carrier doesn't have the details of the phone so can't unlock it. Total shambles and carphone warehouse still refuse. Do not get a phone from carphone warehouse on a contract if you want to potentially use it on another network in the future

Just had an unsolicited call from carphonewarehouse. As I was answering their question it was clear I’m probably not the target customer (paid cash for my phone and don’t need an upgrade right now). They hung up before I finished my sentence. Just rude. Next time I am in the market for a new phone it won’t be here! 🤣👍

Received a cold call today stating that I could get an upgrade/new contract etc etc etc - stated I wasnt interested, happy with my phone (i own outright) and because it wasnt the answer he wanted - i had the phone put down on me - just rude. Be pleasant and thank people for their time. AND FYI my number is on the TPS - ring me again and you will be reported.

The worst experience of customer service quite literally in my life.
Constantly phoning and harassment.
All obviously from India.
Talked over you and didn't listen to what you said.
Delivered two incorrect parcels yo the wrong address.
Expected me to pick up the correct parcel from a,depot 70 miles from!!
I simply can't get over the incompetence.
Fo not use this business if you value your sanity.

Disgusting service from the trade in team, claimed my perfectly working iPhone 11 had screen burn so I asked for my device back and had no response from them since! It’s now been 4 weeks since I sent my device so now trading standards are involved!

Can’t give zero constant harassment off cold calling which I thought was now illegal 12 calls one week leave these c>$#* alone

Endless GDPR breaches - keep cold calling via outsourcers despite me requesting they remove my data, time after time after time. No idea how they event got it in the first place.

Do not believe this guys, they are super fraud, they call you with a warm upgrade , take all details and simply cancel it with absolutely not details provide, absolutely fraud guys. DO NOT BELEIVE this company

I don’t even remember how long ago I bought a phone from them. I expect the service was adequate and I didn’t have any issues…but they keep ringing me up even now trying to sell me a phone, despite repeated requests to take me off their database. They don’t get the message I am not interested in their sales pitch, I even bought my current handset somewhere else because of their nuisance calls

I don't use Carphone Warehouse, but they phoned me today to push phones on me. I explained that I don't want a new phone, and they told me that I apparently don't understand, their deals are very good. I told them, no thanks, I'm not interested - the caller didn't even allow me to finish my sentence and hung up on me! So they're phoning, pushing, and then lack the manners to thank you for your time, or hang up professionally. If I weren't using them before, I definitely won't ever now.

They call me frequently and every time I ask to have my number removed from their system and they just hang up. It's not just a one off agent doing this it's all of them. Serious breach of GDPR to ignore such a request.

Carphone warehouse put my order through twice and refused to cancel the second order. They told me that they would continue to send the order out and if I go in store I can get a refund. I went to the shop and explained the situation and showed them all the emails I had from customer services and was told they can't refund me.

Then when I contacted customer services again several times they told me repeatedly that I had to go in person to Curry's to get a refund. I went in person and was repeatedly refused a refund, being told that carphone Warehouse needed to do this. This happened several times, completely wasting my time.

I then got an email telling me that the order has been cancelled and I would receive a refund. Still no refund. This was a week and a half ago, I have contacted customer service several times and no response.

Thieves. Time wasters. Liers.
Absolute disgrace that this company is permitted to trade and treat people like this.

i used to use this company and i thought they were ok until about 5 minuets ago, when i received a phone call to be told i am on a contact list for promotions and advertising. Despite not using this company in about 5 years and i certainty hadn't signed up for this with my new number (a few months old!) anyways the lady told me she wouldn't remove my information from this data base regarding the fact that my request is law due to GDPR regulations and rules and she was very rude and simply hung up after this i have blocked the number but i am disappointed that this company spam calls people and wont follow the law. there ethics are terrible and i will be taking this further as its a violation of my human rights.

Ordered a new phone over 28 days ago. Phone that was delivered did not work and was returned. Still waiting for a replacement and have been informed that the delay in sending out a new phone is due to the broken phone undergoing diagnostics to make sure I didn't break it. Customer service reps are not located in the UK and are completely unhelpful and unsympathetic. I am now trying to cancel the contract and will never use this company again.
