Mike at carpets 4 less was great and helped us tremendously through all the choices and options of carpets they have - a huge range. After learning the details we chose a carpet that was right for us. We ordered it with Mike and as it was a specific carpet it was ordered and arrived in less than a week… suited us fine and the team came out and did a perfect job - we could not ask for more. Great and helpful fitters and fabulous carpet and price. These guys are an AAAAA level and thanks for all your help. Recommended!

Had cushions floor and a carpet fitted today from carpets 4 less. The service was outstanding from picking the flooring and carpet right to having it fitted. Very friendly and helpful at the shop nothing was to much trouble. I wasn’t rushed. Mike kept me informed about my carpet as it was ordered as I wanted them both fitting the same day. The carpet fitter was very friendly and helpful and he kept all the cut offs together. First class service. Thank you Mike and Simon at carpets 4 less.

Amazing service, from start to finish! Was explained to about which carpet would be best with which underlay. They even stored it until I was ready for the carpet...the carpet layer just cracked on with his job and did a really good one couldn't fault it at all would definatly recommend to people, Amazing customer service all the way through couldn't fault anyone or anything.

Great deal with the carpets, stairs landing and bedroom all done! Quality underlay and carpets, staff pleasant and tidy. Great communication! Would be using again in the future, highly recommend to family and friends.

Horrendous experience with Carpets 4 Less Huntingdon! If I could give a zero star rating, I would! 4 weeks of house disruption because the carpet was fitted poorly/wrongly. Customer service was awful - didn’t turn up for appointments to sort problems and have to constantly chase them. Finally after weeks of persistence, the carpet was just about acceptable. Beware!! They take your money but you have no comebacks - they are a franchise and when you complain if things go wrong, they palm you off with “contact Head Office” who don’t even bother replying! Wish we’d spent a bit more and got a quality job and service and a reputable company to fall back on if things went wrong! Look up the negative ratings on the main ‘go to’ for reviews and you’ll see a common theme here…

Great service! Came out and measured stairs nice quality carpet and underlay at a reasonable price. Accurate estimate of quantity First class fitting by Scott. Very satisfied.

Recently we had two carpets fitted in our house from Carpets 4 Less. My house was damaged by their fitter and I had to pay for the repair's myself. The first carpet was not fitted correctly and I had to pay extra for corrections to be made. The second carpet also was not fitted correctly. I contacted Carpets for less numerous times to rectify the problems, each time they assured me they would return and fix the problems for me. So we waited all day on four different occasions for the fitter to arrive. Even though they assured me they would fit the carpet correctly each day they gave me, they never arrived. It was impossible to talk on the phone to someone at Head Office and communication sent to them remains unanswered. We now have lumps and bumps in our new carpet and large gaps at floor boarders. This was a terrible experience , I would advice anyone to shop elsewhere .

Have recently had a carpet fitted by carpets 4 less and had a few issues with the fitting. Contacted the MK branch the next day and was told that the fitter would call us. Also contacted Head office via their email service. Neither one has responded. Would not use them again because of this and will have to rectify the faults ourselves.

I went in for advice on a very small job, the man was very helpful and kind, giving me the underlay so I could complete the job today. I'm very grateful. Thank you.

Top quality service from Mike & Dave and to notch carpets.
They are very competitive on price and the fitter (Simon) works to the highest standards and goes the extra mile to make sure customers are happy. The staff are really helpful, very knowledgeable and a genuine laugh....only issue is Dave don't can't work a kettle for toffee.
