Hassan at Chingford is a top man - carpet was great - fitter was excellent considering wierd shape landing and stairs

Recently purchased laminate flooring and underlay,on trying to install,grooves would not click into place and were chipped,called the store and was told they do not do refunds or exchanges ,they would only replace the one box we opened,ridiculous policy I'm now left £150 out of pocket.Management not interested😡😡😡😡

Good service given by Hassan in the Chingford Store. He gave us good advice about the kind of carpet we should get and the best quality for our budget. We were able to get a date sorted out for a fitting within the time we needed. the carpet fitting was done really well and the fitter was also a very friendly and professional guy. The carpet itself is also very nice and soft.

Fabulous! So helpful when we went in (multiple times) trying to choose the best carpet for the room, went through all prices with us and matched us to the right carpet. Kept in constant contact with updates for us. The fitters were so lovely, nice and quiet, very quick and efficient and very tidy. Will definitely buy from here again and recommend to everyone!

An absolutely amazing experience I am sooooo happy and pleased with my new carpet runner it’s gorgeous! I designed it and chose the fabrics myself at the store with loads of choice of fabrics/colours. Hassan knows his stuff and helped advise me on the best fabrics suited for what I needed. Great communication, also quick fitting too. Would definitely recommend! 😄
