Well done to Saurabh and the team at Carpetright New Malden for their excellent service. On our visit to the showroom, he got the balance just right, taking his time to be helpful without being pushy, and effectively organising our new carpet delivery and fitting.
The independent carpet fitters were also excellent - courteous, efficient and tidy.
Communication throughout has been good, and most importantly, we love our new carpet!

Have progressed carpet orders and fitting for 2 rooms recently, with excellent customer service. Nicola in the store is so professional, friendly and efficient. A pleasure to deal with. Faultless. Secondly the fitting was undertaken by Alan and again what a pleasure to see someone performing his tasks without fuss, without mess and with a great smile on both occasions. 5 stars for definite.

Never bought anything but have gone in there great service

Carpetright Waterford - a guy there conned us into a job that was subsequently proven by there own people to be a very bad job..paid them 2000 cash got bad job done and then Carpetright Waterford closed down. Got 300 euro compensation after head office did a review. Would Never, Ever go near them again.

Excellent service from start to finish. The instore staff know their stuff, and everyone is fully up to speed with each customer so if one staff member is away any of the staff can help you. They're also great on communication, letting you know what's happening.

The fitters were on time, tidy, polite and did an excellent job at fitting the carpet.

Purchased a carpet from Carpetright Camden a few years ago for the stairs.

As soon as we fitted it there was a very unpleasant smell of what we thought was cat/mouse urine when we came in through the front door. (We have neither)

At first we did not make the connection, but once we did we thought never mind lets just have it professionally cleaned. How bad can it be ? Very bad, thats how bad. No matter how many times we have had the carpets professionally cleaned they still smell of cat, rat, mice urine!

Wherever they store the carpets obviously has an infestation.

Am i surprised that Carpetright are going into administration? NO

I popped in today looking to fit 2 bedrooms with carpet. I was served by Karen who helped me with two offcuts I bought for £100. Very pleased with the carpet and service. No messing about and within 2 hours of leaving home my lovely carpet was fitted and being used.

The Carpetright staff were polite, friendly and very helpful. The carpet that we chose was of good quality reasonably priced. The carpet was installed within 11 days. installed within eleven days. The fitters did a very good job to a high standard and took just over 2 hrs only to complete the job which includes the hallway, stairs and landing plus the dining room. Again they were polite and friendly. based on the service experience that we have received I would most definitely use them again an would recommend them to anyone.

Beware! They will take a deposit if you make an order - this is before the surbeyor visits. After the visit the estimate almost doubled. We had to cancel, but now I'm chasing them on a daily basis for a refund.

Never received carpet. Ordered with both old and new company and was continually lied to. Ended up cancelling 2nd order and going else where.
