Our recent visit to Carpetright Whetstone was a pleasant experience. Dee was very helpful. Dee understood our needs and provided the necessary information to help us choose the right carpet for our staircase and landing and laminate flooring for the bedrooms. We are extremely satisfied with the products purchased as well as the service provided by the staff at Carpetright, the laminate fitters and the carpet fitters. Thank you.

Great service by Pauline at Whetstone branch who tracked down the carpet we wanted and placed our order. Very friendly and efficient.

So far it’s been an awful experience with the Whetstone branch. The shop manager can’t be bothered with calling customers back or even pick up the shop phone when it’s ringing.
I haven’t received any communication regarding my order and no one knows to tell me what’s the status of it.

Shambolic costumer service. After waiting for 1 month for the vinyl flooring to arrive, they noticed that it was discontinued and asked us to choose a different one. Waste of time. Complete waste of time!

Really poor customer service. Came in last week asking for a quote on a landing and two sets of staircases. I asked if we could have the quote and book in a measuring - they said the system didn’t work and so they couldn’t do either. They said they’d call Monday and get everything sorted. Called (myself) 4 times during the week and each time they said my sales person was busy and never got back.

Went to another carpetright this weekend and for the same carpet and install we got quoted more than half the price vs whetstone. Leaves me wondering if the Whetstone branch had any clue what they were doing

I felt that I had to do a lot of chasing for my order to be completed. As a customer I feel it should be the other way round. I didn't get a call back as promised from the gentleman whom I spoke to and had met the previous day to finalise the purchase. In fact I spent almost half my day calling, leaving messages and even calling another branch before they contacted from the Whetstone branch. Also I wasn't given the full agreed offer within the finance agreement.

Decent range of products at competitive prices ... wonderful service and advice provided by member of staff

Staff not very approachable and a little aggressive in manner I felt.

The showroom manager was very pleasant and helpful. He checked my situation first, before presenting me with the most appropriate types of carpet to suit my needs as well as my budget. He offered helpful advice, then allowed me plenty of time to make my final choice.

Great friendly service. I didn’t get the ladies name, but she’s an absolutely fantastic member of staff. Friendly and went above and beyond. Very happy thank you carpet right 😁

Pauline was excellent and helped immensely. The other chap we spoke to in store was more confusing and the estimator was quick and knowledgeable.

Excellent service - Pauline was so kind / patient and knowledgeable- for some reason I was unsure of carpetright before hand, but really impressed buy their quality / price / service and turnaround time.

Nothing was ever a problem with our order, we had a week delay because of our builder, advised Pauline and she said not a problem, just let her know when ready - amazing

This is my experience from the whetstone branch - go to Pauline and you definitely won’t regret it
