Appointment for a staff member to measure for the new carpet required at my home was speedily arranged for two days later.
An appointment was also made over the phone to fit the carpet in two weeks time.

Went back to store to query sizing I'd previously given, which became my secondary issue after I'd queried why I'd been charged 2 things on my bill that had not been explained at the time of purchase. The sizing issue I understood -can't guarantee exact carpet size (even though that's what I'd ordered) because of factory cutting! The 2 charges I did not expect, but had the sales person explained at the time of purchase it would have been useful! I also did not appreciate the muttering as the sales person walked off, at least wait until I'd left. Shocking customer service, has put me off using again, could have been avoided if explained and pointed out during sale.

I had my bathroom floor boarded and vinyl laid. Love the vinyl and Jez did a wonderful job laying it for us.

Carpetright’s Jack was expert, patient and friendly in helping us work out what we needed and what it would cost. He answered all our questions and left us happy with both product and process. Great service.

Jack was really helpful, showed us the carpets that we may be interested in and advised us on the pros/cons of each. Gave good explanations and it was easy to pay and book for the carpet and it's fitting.

Excellent service from the Trowbridge store. I was given an idea of the amount of carpet I would need for stairs/ landing, options were discussed and I was given info about storage. The carpet fitter was great, friendly and efficient and explained what could be done. When I went to pay I was delighted to find I had a discount! All the staff were helpful and clearly had good knowledge of the products. I haven’t had the carpet fitted yet but I am confident it will go as smoothly as it already has. Thank you Trowbridge team!

I purchased a roll of carpet from the Trowbridge store and the guy working was really nice friendly and helpful. Despite not having our desired carpet in stock he quickly found us one very similar if not better for a brilliant price and everything was so easy and smooth. I cannot remember the name but it was Friday afternoon but brilliant customer service thank you again.

I have now used Carpetright many times over the last ten years. I have always received excellent service on these occasions. However none would beat the impeccable service l recently received from Jack in the Trowbridge Branch. He was very patient, courteous, knowledgeable and showed the utmost professional manner whilst supporting me in my choice. I went in very unsure, however with his help, guidance and reasoning, l was able to make my choices. In store at Trowbridge the staff where very helpful, however it could have been 5 stars. We were assured the fitter would call ahead with a time slot, he didn't call us, so we had to wait in. He did a good job though 👍

Lots of choice of colours, however , sizing varies for cheaper carpet which isn't helpful. The sales man was okay but too much at the beginning assuming that we wouldn't buy anything because of the way we looked ( poor /ethnic)
