Paid for flooring last November which was delayed due to problems with shipment and have still not received it, communication has been awful and can’t ring customer service, Grimsby has now closed and our order was transferred to Hull who said it still hadn’t arrived so we are now in the process of getting a refund

The lady in the shop the manageress was a lovely present compadent person. Her understanding and caring about her customers is amazing. She put my mind at rest talking directly to the supplier. I would definitely use this Grimsby Store again

From our initial meeting with Brandon in the Grimsby store, to the fitting of the carpet by Charles was excellent. We are very pleased with the price, the quality and the fit is the best stair carpet fit we've had, very neat and tight fitted. Definitely be back for further flooring!

paul arrived on time with loads of samples.didnt rush us with choosing and no pressure to buy.really nice chap and saved us alot of money .this was the grimsby store.

The staff were very helpful but not in your face. Lovely gesture of the offering of a coffee whilst we wandered around. All staff were very polite and made you feel welcome.

the staff were attentive but not intrusive. They let my wife and I look around the carpet selection but were there to advise us on our carpet selection.

Went into the Grimsby branch for stair and landing carpet. We were walking round for 20 minutes and my husband had to go to the warehouse door and shout someone for help. The lad didn't have a clue, I asked about runners for the stairs and the best way to join landing and stair carpet and he didn't know, I would have to ask the fitter. Terrible service. Went to Wilsons Carpets and ordered from them instead.
