I was disappointed to read someone felt the good reviews were given cash incentives to do so.
I can clarify this is not the case with my review.
I own over over 30 dresses, purchased in the last 12 months from CDR, I've never had any issues with delivery or customer service.
They have always come on time, quick notification and any queries have been answered in a good time frame.

The dresses themselves are stunning, comfy, easy to wear and flattering. They are now my daily attire.

The website is very basic, but the quirkyness of buying a limited product adds to the fun.
I thoroughly recommend them.

I have been buying from Carolina dress room for years, never had any problems. Items always dispatched really quickly. Some of the most comfortable clothes you will ever wear with an amazing supportive online community of like minded people.

The clothing has fantastic prints, so I would highly recommend the actual clothing, although sizing can be different across different styles and if you mention this on their Facebook page your comment gets declined
Customer service needs looking at as it’s difficult to find how to contact and when you do, you are ignored. I still have items that were described wrong so don’t fit and radio silence from the company for months.
The owner has started a competition to win a voucher and asked people to leave reviews as they have noticed their score here is poor. As a customer this feels uncomfortable. Instead of effort going into trying to bump a trust pilot score, the effort would be better placed in ensuring customer service is more effective

I have had very good service from CDR. There have been a couple of small issues but the problems do get resolved. Most recently I received a package of three items where the wrong size were sent. I enquired as to what to do and same day returned the items to them and three days later I received the correct size. It had been their error I had ordered correctly. These people are human and mistakes can happen.
I've been a customer over 4 years and I did find in the early years I had contacted CDR in the wrong format. You send a direct message via their 'messenger' and it gets sorted quite quickly.

I love the clothes themselves as the prints are amazing and the fit great and I owe a lot of CDR clothing. However what let this company down is their customer service. It is impossible to speak to anyone and no one replies to msgs. Refunds are not given and you need to chase them for months and often it's never sorted. It's such a shame as it could be an amazing company if customer service was sorted.

I have purchased many items from this company and I love every one. The designs are amazing and the material is great if you need a bit of stretch.

I have bought leggings and dresses from here and they are gorgeous. The prints are so unique and no matter what style they are comfortable.
I wear them everyday.

As long as your order gets to you okay, everything is fine. As soon as there is an issue, you cannot get hold of anyone to look into it. I’ve been waiting since May to get this resolved with an item that didn’t arrive

I love Peggy dresses as they are so comfortable whilst meeting the dress code.. The pockets are such a bonus too

Absolutely love CDR dresses the prints are amazing everything from Moomins to Chucky and nightmare before Christmas with loads of retro prints too the dresses are soft and stretchy and sit beautifully I cannot recommend them more

Great choice of styles prints and sizes. Super soft comfy fabric that doesn’t lose its pattern. Never had an issue with an order

Fantastic items, I’ve ordered multiple items from here over the years - leggings, dresses (kids and adults) and jumpsuits and they’ve always been great quality. Loads of fun prints to choose from and the comfiest clothes I own.

I was recommended CDR by a friend.
I used to live in leggings and t shirts! I was nervous to try dresses at first but the dresses are fantastic. Perfect for plus size ladies like myself. They are so comfy, and I can express myself in them with their many beautiful designs.

I have always found customer services to be excellent. If I have had a problem with one of my many orders, I message and its been sorted quite quickly. They are only a small business so you do expect delays.

Great clothes. Always lots of help with size and shapes. Clothes arrive quickly and always true to picture. The people here work hard. I am obsessed with there clothes they have given me lots of confidence

I absolutely love the dresses, they are so comfy and unique.
The customer service is great, whenever I have had to contact them, they respond promptly and my query is always dealt with.
I will not buy dresses from anywhere else.
There is one drawback............. My bank balance xxxx

I've been buying from Carolina Dress Room (CDR) and sister shop Miss Society for years for many reasons. The fabric used is so soft and having medical issues makes wearing their products a no brainer. Wearing the PJs at night help me sleep due to keeping me cosy. The dresses they make in various styles and sizes from 8-32 if I remember rightly and they're a go to for so many of us. The designs are countless, I prefer the 50s styles with a fitted top and full circle skirt makes me feel super feminine and the compliments are daily due to the beautiful designs. Every company has problems throughout it's life and I'm sure that's true whatever business you're in, due to growing so large so quickly there has been times when queries are not dealt with quickly, but like life organisation take time and I'm sure this will be sorted, I for one have had my queries dealt with. Excellent company . Fast delivery and great quality dresses at a good price

Amazing Leggings. Great quality. Fast delivery. Always had my issues solved. Sometimes takes a little longer than I’d like but it’s a small company doing an amazing job and it always works out in the end. Been buying since 2019 and will continue to do so for as long as they exist.

I have stopped buying from CDR. Personally I feel the quality is no longer there. The quantities of designs and products being smashed out every week is probably the main reason for quality lacking now.

Customer service has always been an issue. I see this isn't getting better the bigger the company grows. You can't make genuine comments about the quality etc or you're picked apart as being the problem.

Owner has offered money for reviews claiming unhappy customers leaving reviews are not genuine. Yet the Facebook post asking for reviews is full of people saying they'd have to agree to the bad customer service.

The dress designs are beautiful. The older dresses have amazing quality. Wouldn't buy anything now as the quality just isn't what it was. Owner asked for opinions and I was told I was the issue. So Haven't bought anything from the company since.

Unfortunately the team need to improve their customer service and attitude. I won't purchase again till they do. The owner has offered a monetary incentive but asked for honest reviews so here is mine
